@bre35033@JamieBonkiewicz By a show of hands, who believes contraception is 100% effective? Anyone who thinks it is 100% effective is too ignorant/stupid to have sex in the first place. Everyone else just gambled with another human’s life.
@JamieBonkiewicz No it isn’t. It’s being irresponsible and killing the child you created so you won’t have to deal with the consequences. Not one thing responsible about it.
@lovyPrimzy1 I am so sick of these women who make absolutely everything - EVERYTHING - having to do with husband/wife interaction sound like it’s overwhelming and somehow degrading for one or the other. It’s like they re just feral animals who have no concept of normal behavior.
@_6signxxx The Democrat party of 2026 has absolutely no resemblance to the Democrat party of 1995, much less 1970. For that matter, it doesn’t even resemble the Democrat party of 2005. It’s gone totally off the rails.
@Randall1121@luxemiaa Etiquette is the opposite of making it up as you go along as you see fit. The whole point is to set standard rules of social interaction to avoid awkwardness & uncertainty in this sort of drama. Few broken engagements aren’t drama driven but engagement rings still go back.
@vicforic@luxemiaa Not one thing difficult or complicated about this. The ring goes back, life goes on. The only fly in the ointment is her spitefulness and gross materiality. She’s clinging to this guy over a freaking piece of jewelry. Engagement rings are returned if the wedding called off.
@softlynia_@luxemiaa Ridiculous. It was an engagement ring, not a birthday present. She may have ended it with integrity but that’s thrown out the window by being a grasping, spiteful hag.
@BiggestDice9090@luxemiaa This is insanity. It is an engagement ring regardless of the law. The engagement collapsed. Give the ring back. It the thing is so important to her, she should have just married him.
@Im_notjenora@luxemiaa If you expect decent behavior from others, that’s great. But if you don’t expect it of yourself, you’re no better than the grifters and cheats. Do the right thing.
@sugabelly@abbythelibb_ Love for the child has absolutely nothing to do with killing them over something like this. This is about killing a child they have rejected.
@Pride_Of_Awarra@lovyPrimzy1 Their whole narrative is that since marriage is so iffy, they should engage in behavior to prepare for when their marriage fails, ie, careers, not taking off to have kids, etc. The idea is they will die poor (and probably unhealthy) if they become mothers.
@Noo0ah@BWWings The refs had to fashion a way to “fairly” get the game back on track which included a jump ball with the giant. It stopped the game, the momentum and could have thrown points one way or the other.
