Yes he cuts losses when it is likely going against him, which is a normal thing for every trader.

However, he has a very high win rate of about 80 percent. This means that out of every 10 trades he takes he will win about 8 of them.

So yeah, he would make more, way more than he will ever lose. The secret is the strategy.
