@chuka__uni I was placed in Band 1. Kindly provide the detailed fee structure used to generate these charges. Why is my account showing KSh 49,522.80 outstanding when I paid KSh 22,950, received HELB allocations, and only had a KSh 3,000 supplementary fee?
