I think about Mr. Michael Oyedokun often.
I think about his final moments. What went through his mind. How he must have known, like all of us do, that death would come someday, but could never have imagined it would come so violently, so cruelly.
I choose to remember him with
A Hero’s Honour.❤️
A teacher who gave his life in service, raising the next generation. A man who stood in the place of duty and, even in death, remained a symbol of sacrifice.
Please be sad. Please be angry.
And above all, honour him in your hearts.
Simply do what God tells you.
If you do what you just think, you will still get opposed by some, if you do what others want, you will get opposed by others still and if you do what God says you will face opposition atleast with this you have God's presence and power that makes you unstoppable. Don't play to the gallery. There are no long-term benefits nor any true loyalty in those that appear to support you.
If you are a lady on the TL who was sexually abused or manipulated by a religious leader , I want you to know that they misrepresented Christ to you . They failed in their office and duty to you . Don’t let their failures obscure your Vision of Christ ❤️
