A short story.

Her son, Babatunde turned 6 months today. She named him after her dad who passed away 6 months before he was born. He was his spitting image, down to the birthmark on his left arm. She placed him in his pen after their routined 20 min play session.

She weakly but firmly called out his name: ‘Babatunde!’

Her dad answered: Yes, ‘Omo mi’

Standing 6 feet tall in the middle of the room was her dad albeit a younger version of him. Her eyes darted to the pen&Babatunde was nowhere to be found. Her eyes searched the room frantically as her legs had given in to shock.
