Teens taking the @ProjectOutcome survey for @planolibrary reported enjoying the teen tech outreach in schools. This led to the creation of Teen STEAM kits for checkout. Publicity fliers in these kits led to more awareness of library programs. #win #teentech #projectoutcome

Many @ProjectOutcome survey respondents told @planolibrary that they enjoyed when they read books in other languages which led to the creation of Storytimes Around the World where books were read in Arabic, Chinese, French & Spanish. New patrons showed up as a result.

@planolibrary used data from a @ProjectOutcome survey to create a sensory storytime when several families recorded that regular storytimes were too much for their children due to sensory issues. The new storytimes were much smaller and greatly appreciated by these families.
