Question: "What is your comment on the debate about whether Nigerian graduates are still great, as discussed on the Platform?"
My Response: I do not subscribe to the thesis that Nigerian graduates are not great. Rather, I posit that Nigerian graduates are not given sufficient opportunities to develop rapidly after school. A typical Nigerian graduate is just as capable as anyone globally; the challenge is that our systems often fail them by not creating pathways to scale their capabilities.
This debate is not new. In virtually every Nigerian university, graduates from one generation tend to believe that those who came after them were less prepared. But if we look deeper, we will realize something important: young people today are smarter, more exposed, and often more adaptable. The real issue is not raw capability; it is the absence of accelerated development opportunities.
When I was in FUTO, I knew nothing about “pitch deck”. Today, many FUTO graduates can prepare investor presentations, understand startup ecosystems, and navigate tools we never imagined. The difference is exposure. But unlike my time, when many strong students graduated on Friday and resumed work on Monday, today’s graduates may spend months, or even years, waiting for opportunities. That delay creates a developmental gap. So, the issue is not the students. The issue is the system.
At the same time, we must recognize that far more people are competing for limited opportunities today. In the 1950s or 1960s, a village might have sponsored only 5 boys to attend secondary school while others remained at home. The system had already filtered for the top 1%. Today, education is more democratized, and many more people have access. Some interpret this expansion as declining quality. I disagree.
This is also why I dislike comparisons between new African immigrants in America and the broader first generation Africans in United States. Some people wrongly assume the immigrants are inherently smarter or more capable. I say: not really. The immigration system itself is a filter. By the time the U.S. embassy issues visas, it has often selected from the top tier, perhaps the top 10%, of those applying. You cannot compare that filtered group to the entire first-generation population Africans in America. If you applied the same filter locally, you would discover the same caliber of people.
The real issue, therefore, is not whether Nigeria has talent. Nigeria has immense talent. The real issue is that too many organizations are not investing in developing young people. Our young people are victims of weak systems, not evidence of weak capacity.
If we provide the right support, mentorship, and opportunities, Nigerian graduates can build and power world-class systems. The capability exists. What is required is the ecosystem to unlock it.
Appropriating Healing In Christ
The Christian is one with the God-life, a life that doesn’t require healing because it doesn’t get sick. Why are many sick then? Ignorance! God said, “My people are destroyed for their lack of knowledge” (Hosea 4:6).
The Bible says, “But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal (death-doomed) bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth
in you” (Romans 8:11). The Holy Spirit, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you and has vitalized your mortal body. That means your body isn’t deathdoomed or sickness prone anymore. Hallelujah!
God’s people must know, live, and spread the truth. When you become a Christian and you receive the Holy Spirit, you should NEVER be sick again in your life. What you need is the consciousness of the divine life in you and the fact that the Holy Spirit perambulates in you to ward off every anomaly, and keep you in health.
Healing is not a mystery; it is the work of God made manifest through faith.
1. Believe that Jesus is your healer
Faith is the foundation of healing. Healing begins the moment you believe that Jesus already paid the price for your health. The Word declares, “By His stripes, we were healed.” Faith in Christ’s finished work is the key that opens the door to your miracle.
2. Recognize the presence of God
When Chris Oyakhilome ministers during the Healing Streams, he often says, “Now you are in the presence of God, and in His presence all things are possible.” Recognize that God is with you where you are. His presence carries power. As you listen, pray, or watch, the Spirit of God is right there, ready to touch you.
3. Act on your faith
Faith without action is incomplete. Do what you could not do before. Move that leg, lift that hand, or take that step. Acting in faith releases the power of God already at work in you.
4. Use the Word of God as your medicine
The Word is living and active. It brings health to your body and peace to your mind. Speak healing scriptures daily, declare that you are whole. The Word builds your spirit until healing becomes your reality.
5. Put your hand where you need a miracle
Place a hand on the part of their body that needs healing. This simple act is a point of contact—a physical expression of your faith. If you are praying for a loved one, lay hands on them as a symbol of agreement in faith.
6. Pray with confidence in the name of Jesus
Pray boldly, saying, “I come against sickness, disease, and infirmity in the name of Jesus Christ.” That same authority is available to every believer. When you pray, speak the name of Jesus with conviction, knowing that all power in Heaven and earth belongs to Him.
7. Refuse fear and doubt
Fear weakens faith, but faith conquers fear. Believers must reject negative thoughts and keep their minds fixed on the Word. When doubt tries to whisper that your case is impossible, declare instead: “This is my moment. I receive my miracle now.”
8. Receive the power of the Holy Ghost
The Holy Spirit is the power behind every healing miracle.
“The power of the Holy Ghost is working in your behalf right now.” Open your heart and receive that power. The Holy Spirit can heal bones, cleanse the blood, restore hearing, and bring new life to every cell in your body.
9. Praise and thank God
When you receive healing, thank God immediately. Praise is the voice of faith. Even before you see the full manifestation, rejoice and give glory to God.
Your thanksgiving seals your miracle. Gratitude keeps your heart aligned with faith.
Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God (2 Corinthians 3:5).
The Spirit of God can bestow on you supernatural ability, and then suddenly, you’ll discover there’re certain things you’re able to do; you’ll supernaturally exhibit talents, skills, or proficiencies in areas you never knew you could.
We’ve received such testimonies about certain people who were never formally schooled, but somehow, by the supernatural ability of the Spirit, they picked up the Bible and could read and understand it. Some others found themselves functioning with extraordinary wisdom of the Spirit in ability, understanding, intelligence, knowledge, and in all kinds of craftsmanship, to devise skilful and artistic works. Someone may ask, “How’s that possible?” It’s by the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
You know, so much happens when we minister the Word of God; so much is transferred and imparted through the power of God’s Spirit. In Christ, we do have the ability to cause something supernatural to happen for others. In Luke 5, Peter had toiled in vain, trying to catch some fish. But Jesus told him, “…Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught” (Luke 5:4). Simon, who was a professional fisherman, answering him, said, “…Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless, at thy word I will let down the net” (Luke 5:5). He and his colleagues caught such a great multitude of fishes, so much so that their net began to tear (Luke 5:6).
Even now, the Spirit of God is ministering special abilities into your life; you can receive now! The Bible says, “He giveth more grace” (James 4:6).
There’ ae certain things you’d find that from today, you’re able to do, which hitherto, you weren’t able to do; the ability has been granted to you supernaturally, by the Spirit of God. That ability will cause you to prosper in your job, business, academics— in all areas of your life, in the Name of Jesus!
Talk To The Holy Spirit Always
The foundational principles of developing a personal and intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit is through the Word of God and prayer. It’s important to yield to Him through the Word and deepen your relationship with Him through prayer. Every relationship without communication dies, irrespective of what that relationship is, whether it’s the relationship between parents and their children, spouses, co-workers, etc.
On the other hand, good communication nourishes and enhances relationships. If you’re going to have a richer fellowship with the Holy Spirit, you need to commune effectively with Him in prayer. He’s a person, and you’ve got to relate to Him as a person. Read our opening scripture again; it indicates the kind of relationship we’re supposed to have with the Lord.
The Father is in heaven, and Jesus has gone to heaven; only the Holy Spirit is here with us. The God we know and relate to today is the Holy Spirit. He makes the presence of the Father and the presence of Jesus real to you. So, learn to talk to Him. That’s why speaking in tongues is also vital. Speak in tongues often.
The Apostle Paul serves as a great example of a successful Christian and minister, and one of his secrets was fellowship with the Holy Spirit through prayer. He said, “I thank my God, I speak with tongues more than ye all” (1 Corinthians 14:18). If Paul realized it was necessary for him to speak in tongues so much that he could say he spoke with tongues more than the whole Corinthian church, then you must recognize its importance. Speak in tongues every day and every so often, and build a sturdy relationship with the Holy Spirit.
Christians who take their fellowship with the Holy Spirit seriously are often shielded and protected from chance and unfortunate occurrences. He said in Psalm 32:8, “I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with eye.” Think about that! But then, in the ensuing verse 9, He gave an important admonition: “Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle…” (Psalm 32:9).
Sometimes you hear, “Twenty-five people were killed in an inferno, and a Christian sister was among them.” Or you hear, “Brother so and so was travelling to see his parents, there was an accident, and he died.” It’s not supposed to be so! There’re no accidents or mishaps to the child of God who’s in tune with the Spirit, filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding.
When you’re yielded to the Spirit and the Word, the Bible says you “…shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil” (Proverbs 1:33). Hallelujah! Develop an intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit. Know Him for yourself. Commune with Him constantly in prayer and through meditation on the Word. Remember He’s the Helper, Counsellor, Teacher, Advocate, Comforter, Strengthener and Standby that Jesus said the Father would send to us.
Many of us are familiar with praying to God the Father, and talking to the Lord Jesus Christ all the time. It’s also essential for us to recognize the Holy Spirit who dwells in us, and commune with Him often and about everything. Talk to Him every day. I talk to the Holy Spirit more than I talk to any human person. Practise it.
In the same way you’ve been talking to the Father and the Lord Jesus, consciously talk to the Holy Spirit. Address Him with recognition and reverence. Remember, He’s the conveyor of the presence and blessings of God; He’s the One who manifests God’s presence and His power wherever God wants it.
Consider that this awesome, infinite personality of the Godhead resides within you and desires to communicate with you at all times. Interestingly, although His name is not “Holy Spirit,” He understands that you’re referring to Him or addressing Him because that’s how the Scripture refers to Him. It’s also amazing to realize that every time you talk to the Lord Jesus or pray to the Father, it’s the Holy Spirit who acts in response.
So, while He responds to the Name of Jesus and fulfils the petitions you make of the Father, recognize and commune with Him as the doer of the work! Notice again what 2 Corinthians 13:14 says, “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.” Who do we have communion with? The Holy Spirit!
While our legal fellowship is established through the Lord Jesus Christ, we are called to cultivate a vital relationship with the Holy Spirit. Talk to Him often. If you’ve been doing it, keep at it and encourage yourself in it. You’ll be amazed at how transcendent, impactful and excellent your life will be. Through His guidance, you’ll find your life propelled from glory to glory.
Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers; That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him (Ephesians 1:16-17).
Just because you’ve been a Christian for a long time doesn’t necessarily mean you’d be effective for God, and in the things of God. It takes more than singing nicely, praising God joyfully, and even preaching, to be effective for Christ and for the Kingdom; you have to know Him in a very personal way.
That’s the reason for Paul’s prayer for the baby church in Ephesus, as read in our opening verse. Paul heard about their love for God; they were excited about the things of God. But he knew they lacked something and prayed that the Lord would grant it to them: “…the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him….”
There’s a certain type of knowledge, a certain type of revelation of God that you ought to have; it’s called “Epignosis” (Greek); knowledge that relates to the known; a knowledge of relationship. This knowledge is different from theology or mere science.
You can appropriate that prayer of the Spirit through Paul for yourself; put your name there and say, “I have the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the accurate knowledge of God.” You’ll experience the unveiling! It’s the work of the Spirit of God.
Without this kind of knowledge, you’ll be a religious Christian, doing things religiously, without having a real relationship with God. When you have that relationship, you no longer see Him as the God of David or the God of Elijah; He becomes your God; He’s personal to you. That’s when you really appreciate and celebrate your union and oneness with Him.

I remember calling Brother Gbenga regarding a particular challenge I faced at the age of 29 while I was still in the United Kingdom.
My marriage was just two years old, and the doctors insisted that I had entered menopause. They called it advanced menopause or Primary Ovarian Insufficiency.
Brother Gbenga laughed and said, “The Lord told me the moment you set foot in Nigeria, any part of Nigeria, you will become pregnant”.
I found the prophecy very offensive at the time. I had no plan of relocating to Nigeria. My husband had spent a lot to get me to be with him in the United Kingdom after our wedding.
I blocked his number after that call and even blocked him on X and other social media platforms because I felt he was fake and deceiving people. My husband said at the time that once we relocate to Nigeria, the next prophecy will be “come and attend my church,” and from there, brainwashing will begin.
This was in 2019. Everything i did in order to get pregnant since then failed. I came to Nigeria last year for my father-in-law’s 80th Birthday with my husband.
As soon as the plane landed in Nigeria, I began to feel uneasy. As if my period was coming. I rushed to the air hostess to ask for help, and I got it on time. I had not seen my period since 2017.
We spent two weeks in Nigeria. When I got back to the UK, I discovered that I had gotten pregnant. There was no rational explanation for it. Even my doctor was just staring at me as if I had lost my marbles when I told him about the prophecy!
How does this make sense? I delivered a set of twins four days ago. Ireoluwa Samuel Adegboyega and Ayooluwa Samantha Adegboyega. I am requesting that Brother Gbenga be the one to bless and dedicate them when he comes to the United Kingdom.
I sincerely hope this is the right phone number as i dont have a blue tick on twitter, so i couldn’t send him a direct message
I have moved back to Nigeria now, but my husband stays in the UK so we shuttle because it seems there is something about Nigeria in God’s plan for us that we cannot ignore
I got a call from my wonderful brother last Wednesday.
He was feeling dizzy and losing his strength,
We prayed in the Spirit and dropped the call.
The fainting spell did not go away..
A few days before this time,
He had a vision.
In the vision, he was admitted in a hospital.
A boy was admitted beside him.
The boy later gave up the ghost.
In the same vision, he moved close to the boy,
Laid hands on him and prayed,
The boy came back to life.
He saw certain familiar faces in the vision, too.
Fast forward to this day (last Wednesday),
He had to check himself into the community health centre.
Occasionally, we were talking.
The last time we spoke was when he was getting a drip.
While on the bed getting the drip,
Noise erupted in the hospital.
A vehicle had just hit a child, and he was brought in dead to the facility,
Confirmed dead by the doctor.
The mother was notified, and as she got to the hospital,
She fainted immediately when she saw the lifeless body of her child.
My brother, who was in a hospital bed, was praying, as he couldn't stand.
All of a sudden, the lifeless body of the child jerked.
The nurses rushed to him; they picked up a pulse.
They shouted, "He's breathing again".
The doctor stepped in and attended to him.
As of the time of this brother's discharge from the hospital, the boy was fine.
His mother was fine.
Glory to God.
This incident happened in a community health center in Igoba, Akure, on the 22nd of April 2026.

God bless you.
Ten years ago today, I sat down at my office and took a stock of my life.
I didn’t like the direction my life was going
Poverty had a chokehold on me
I began to fret, because I was just a few years away from turning forty and all the potentials I had shown since childhood had refused to bear fruit in my adulthood
I had given birth to my children in poverty
They were attending the cheapest school I could find
I had a job that could best be described as that of a glorified messenger
I had a degree that had not brought me any profit
My life was a hard and unpleasant one
Added to that I developed a mysterious illness and the doctors told me I had six months to live
I was a pastor, a born again Christian and I was living that “It shall get better in the by and by” life
I turned to the Lord and I had a conversation with him
When Lord will Jacob become Israel?
When Lord will potential turn to manifestation?
The Lord said “I told you your destiny in 2007, you chose to live like others and not as I have ordained you to live.
Hence, this battered life
There is a space for you, preserved for you in destiny, if you will embrace it.
I said “I am ready Lord, what do I do?”
He told me simple things…
Read that Bible daily for two hours
Pray in the Spirit daily for two hours
Start praying for people and nations as an intercessor
Stop complaining and start appropriating my blessings to your destiny
I obeyed.
Today is the ten years anniversary of my freedom from rebellion
I embraced obedience and the course of my life changed forever
It is not too late to do the same.
There is a destiny for you in Christ, it is not difficult to fulfil but you must be willing to trust and obey.
Happy Birthday, GSW!
Bridging The Knowledge Gap In Christ
Many times, you meet believers who have become slaves to fear, religion, false prophets, evil prophets, wicked pastors, deliverance ministers, and ignorant preachers who do not know any better but practice what they think is right in the name of Jesus with zero understanding of the gospel.
A believer bought two plots of land in a good area in Lagos, he went to meet his prophet to share the good news that he was about to commence the building project, the prophet told him he would laid the foundation with the death of his first child and complete the building with the death of his last child unless he gives the land to God and build a church with it for his ministry.
Another Christian was told that his land in Delta State had been taken over by demonic powers, and if he stepped on it, he would die immediately. When the Christian asked what he should do to redeem the land, the prophet asked him to deposit 5 million Naira into the ministry’s account for spiritual work.
There are several spiritual leaders (male and female) who slept with (raped) Christians who came to them seeking deliverance from being single or in the course of trying desperately to become a mother
A Christian was told by his prophet that he had only a few days more to live because witches had concluded the work of sharing his meat in their meeting. He asked the prophet what he needed to do, and the prophet told him God said he had to sponsor his (the prophet’s) first child’s education, starting with paying the prophet the arrears that had already been spent on the child’s school fees, back to the prophet as a form of redemption for his life. The day he stops paying the fees will be the day he dies.
Sermons preached by many well-known leaders of the faith who claimed to be anointed with proof of the anointing working in their lives reinforce the belief system that you must give something to get something in Christianity. I heard a minister cite an example of giving one million dollars to God (His ministry or another ministry) and getting the answer to one of his prayers as a result. His members respond by trying to emulate him in engaging in this trade by a barter system with God, believing this is what it means to have faith and to give the seed of faith, or put their faith to work.
Deliverance ministers and ministers from all over the world are all deceivers. They do not have an office in the fivefold ministry, nor were they mentioned in the scriptures as being of any value in the church. Every Believer has the power to cast out demons according to Jesus himself, but these liars have somehow convinced believers that they have demons that need to be cast out every three months, and they also offer family deliverance, career deliverance, academic deliverance, and so on
Why are believers so easy to deceive by these charlatans?
Many believers lack knowledge. They would rather follow someone they feel knows the way than study the Bible and come into the fullness of the knowledge of the power of God over their lives and destiny.
Many believers don’t know what it means to be a Christian and what premium value God has placed on them and their destinies in Christ.
A sister who was on the plus side met a young man who wanted to marry her. She took the good news to her mother. Her mother told her that she must get approval from her Apostle. She went to see the apostle, and the apostle told her she would have to share his bed for the cleansing ritual if she ever hoped to have a child in the course of her marriage. He called it a personal deliverance session. The lady agreed, and the apostle then said she must pay him for it. She asked him what he wanted, and he said a big cow for the annual convention of the church.
The lady didn’t have enough money to buy a cow, and she couldn’t share what the Apostle said with the man who wanted to marry her for obvious reasons. She reached out to me on X and told me her situation.
I asked for the phone number of the Apostle and gave him a call. I told him I have the recording of his conversation with the woman as an investigative journalist and that I would publish it online for everybody to see and hear
He said I would die if I tried it.
I said okay and rang off.
My phone rang a few minutes later, and it was the lady’s mother. The Apostle had called her and told her about my call. She said a lot of things about the curse that comes on those who meddle in spiritual things and “touch the anointed.”
I told her the Apostle has said I would die, and the Bible said he who blesses shall be blessed and he who curses me shall be cursed. I didn’t have to say a word. He has judged himself.
The mother started cursing, and i rang off.
The Apostle died on the morning of the next Sunday.
The mother and her two daughters left Benin that Sunday and showed up at my office the next morning.
The mother and her daughters fell on their knees, asking me for forgiveness of sins and begging me to bless them so that they would not die too
I did what they asked so that they could pay attention to my words
When I was done, i asked them to sit down and showed them from the scriptures that I am in no way different from them or more special in any way.
They gave their lives to the same Jesus I gave my life to and received the same Holy Spirit I received. The only gap between us was knowledge. I know who I am in Christ, and they didn’t know who they are in Christ.
When you don’t know who you are, another person will define you, and he or she will define you as a lesser being than himself or herself.
When you know who you are in Christ, nobody will ever be able to take advantage of you spiritually, psychologically, mentally, emotionally, materially, or financially.
You must see the value Christ has placed in you and never allow anybody to treat you as if you are not valuable to God in your own right.
PS: If you desire to truly learn and grow in the knowledge of Christ, you can do so on your own with the help of the Holy Spirit.
If you feel you need help and support in any way, please join Pneuma School of the Supernatural and Bible College school 30. Classes will commence in June, but registration is ongoing at the moment

Once someone says he has discovered spiritual knowledge from sources higher than the Bible, I get disturbed in my spirit. More often than not, this "higher knowledge" is an incoherent theology that hasn't been thought through, or a gnostic gospel, which is heresy.
At 16, you impregnated somebody. You had to drop out of school to work so you could support the baby.
At 19, your baby was three, and his mother had been encouraged to leave the baby with her parents and continue her education.
As soon as you are free of her and the baby, you got another lady pregnant instead of returning to school.
You worked as a petrol attendant for another four years, caring for this lady and the baby.
The lady won the American visa lottery with you as a dependent
Suddenly, you find yourself in the United States of America.
You get to the USA, and the lady says to you, I have had enough of you. Find your path in this country and live your life.
You are free again at the age of 25.
You can work, train yourself through school, or earn a skill that would enhance your productivity.
Your whole life was ahead of you.
But...
You got another lady pregnant and stayed with her for another ten years while raising two children and working three jobs.
One day, this lady looked at you and realised this is the best you will ever be in life.
She wanted more, and she called it quits.
She said she was better off as a single mother collecting food stamps and welfare support from the government than being with a man working three jobs who was a faithful partner but whose best could barely pay the rent.
Now you are thirty-five, and you are free again.
No official marriage or alimony, or child support claims had been filed against you.
You have four children already, and even though you are in America, you are earning peanuts.
You had the option of going to school, learning a skill, and redefining yourself.
You were literally in the land of opportunities.
You met another woman, this time you got married to her and lived with her for fourteen years.
The marriage produced two daughters.
The woman was a successful lawyer who was earning big
You didn’t have to pitch in a penny
She registered the children with her maiden name
She was a feminist, and you were the right kind of male that fitted into her plan.
On the day you clocked 49.
She told you your services were no longer needed.
She gave you a document to sign with the promise that if you sign it, you will be settled with 100,000 dollars to walk away and not contact the children anymore, but if you decide not to sign the divorce document and take up the case in court, she would fight you with everything she has and ensure you lose.
You considered your options and decided by yourself that it is better to walk away
You signed and got your big payday
One of the requirements of the document you signed was that you must leave the state where you both lived and raised the children, and settle down far away from the woman and your children
So you moved to another state
You told yourself it was time to start afresh
You landed in another city. The plan was to rebuild and make something tangible of your life in preparation for your old age
You met with a pastor, and you joined his church
In the course of the service, you received two distinctive prophecies
The first was that God has brought you to your place of enlargement and your streamsof renewal
The second was that you must build up your strength as Jacob did at Bethel and grow your capacity in the place of meditation and aloneness, and you shall experience the prosperity of the Lord in terms of material wealth and fortune beyond your wildest dreams, with which you would live a life of rest in your old age
You didn’t share anything with anybody
You know the prophecy came from a pure source, and it was really addressed to you
The following day, while at the supermarket to get some groceries, you met a lady
You knew her from one of your online Nigerian communities and didn’t know she lived in that city
You spent some time chatting with her, and somehow she ended up in your bed and “fell” pregnant
Even at fifty, you fell into the same pattern you have been falling into since you were sixteen
You have been with the woman for ten years, and you have three children with her
You have since spent your payoff from the last relationship on bills and life
At sixty, you began to wonder why the promise of God towards you has not come to pass
You remember the prophecy that came from a pure source that the land is a stream of renewal unto you
You could testify to the renewal because you were able to build a family as soon as you arrived, but what about the wealth, the prosperity, the abundance, the fortune that would surround you as you grow old?
Has God lied?
You have been faithful in the place of service and worship in the church
You are known as a dedicated worshipper, and you have even been ordained an elder in the church
Why have God’s promises failed?
The fulfilment of the prophecies and the promises of God is not based on long hours of prayer and how much one fears God or worships God.
They are based on obedience.
When Abraham met the Lord, he was given instructions like "Get out of this land and go to a land I will show you.”
Imagine that Abraham didn't leave Ur of the Chaldees but decided to build the biggest temple in the world in honour of the God that appeared to him.
Imagine that Abraham prayed to that God, day and night, and offered great offerings and sacrifices, but refused to leave Ur of the Chaldees.
Would his submission to obedience satisfy God?
Would giving God one million dollars while refusing to do what God said one should do be enough to persuade God to change his mind and give us what we want or desire outside of obedience?
God promised to make Abraham the father of nations.
Would he become the father of nations in Ur of the Chaldees? A nation that was already established according to the old ways of life, with its own culture, tradition, and language?
OBEDIENCE is always better than sacrifice.
Imagine Moses, meeting with God at that burning bush and experiencing the power of God the way he did, only to stay in Midian because he wanted to hear the news of the death of Pharaoh first...
"I know what God told me to do, but there is a right time for everything, and if Pharaoh is still in power, then I fear this must be the wrong time.
I have a warrant out for my arrest, and the statute of limitations on murder is forever. I would be foolish to go to Egypt now. I am not going.... "
Imagine that!
Imagine that you are that Christian who grew up with a pattern of behaviour that is bad for your destiny, and you have been praying to God to help you become somebody in life, but you refuse to let go of this pattern of behaviour...
PS: Dear sir, I listened to the detailed voice note you sent to me and decided to help you reorganize your story from my perspective. That way, you can easily see where things went wrong and, if possible, make some serious adjustments.
If we are living our lives in a certain pattern, and God asks us to change that pattern, it is always for a good reason and to our own benefit
We cannot serve God on our terms.
Only religious people do this, and it leads them down a path of ignorance and self-righteousness
We serve God by obeying his instructions as we are guided by the Holy Spirit daily
Where you erred was in the place of obedience
When God said wait upon me in the place of “meditation and aloneness.”
You didnt, sir.
You met another lady and got entangled with her the very next day
By dismissing that instruction, you skipped a chapter of your journey that would have redefined your life and changed your story
You continued down the same old path, and the guarantee that brings is that you will get the same result as you have gotten in the past
Is it too late to open that chapter now?
I believe that while there is life, there is still hope
You can still find yourself at the center of God’s will by obeying his instructions in the place of meditation, prayer, and studying the word of God
I recommend that you join PSSBC and spend the next three months in the place of obedience
https://t.co/cbshLxuawM
The class will help you kickstart things, and from there, we trust the Lord to lead you into a place of fulfilment.
If you are reading this and you find yourself seeking the place of destiny fulfilment through the word and by the Spirit of God, you should join in.
Registration closes on Friday, 10th April, 2026
God bless you.

From Brother Gbenga
To my beloved brothers and Sisters in Nations and communities resisting Christ and the Gospel
In the tenth verse of the tenth chapter of St. John’s gospel, Jesus made a very remarkable statement. “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have [it] more abundantly.” The word 'more abundantly' here means 'to the full'.
I want to focus on the second part where it says “I am come that they might have life, and that they might have life to the full.” This is Jesus’ purpose: He came to give life, His own kind of life. And that life is available to us in His name!
When Jesus spoke in this situation, He was talking about spiritual life, the life and nature of God; the life that only comes from God. “I am come that they might have life, and that they might have life to the full.” You can have that life today. All you have to do is receive that life into you by faith in His name. If you call the Name of Jesus, He’ll answer you, and you can have that life right now.
If you are reading this, just take a moment to confess your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ once more and invite the Holy Spirit into your life.
Say, "Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. I open up my heart and invite the Holy Spirit into my life right now. I declare that I am born of God and the life of God is active and alive inside of me. I am anointed and full of God. Glory be to Jesus. Amen”
To keep this eternal life and anointing burning in you, you must have an unblemished love for Jesus Christ – let Him become the focus of everything about your life; let the thought of Jesus dominate your mind continually, think about Him always — as a person — someone in whom you truly believe, trust, and love. Consciously think about Jesus, and you will experience a reality of His presence beyond what you thought possible.
After meditating on Christ constantly, pray in the Holy Spirit deliberately to stir up the gift of God and the power of God in you. Read the Bible daily. Read at least ten chapters before praying in the Spirit. You will feel the power of God moving mightily in you by this time. Please put this power to use by declaring blessings from the word of God upon your life, family, ministry, your loved ones, the fellowship, the church, the nation, and the world.
After doing this, learn to lay your hand on things that need to be set right in the name of Jesus.
If someone is sick, lay your hands and command the sickness to leave in the name of Jesus. Be a giving Christian and not one who is forever waiting for someone from somewhere to come and pray for him or her or to come and anoint him or her. You are anointed already. Use this power, and it will continue to grow.
Remember that situations and circumstances also obey the word of God. You can call forth the rain, and you can calm the rain. You can change the weather, you can control the elements, and alter the course of times and seasons. You have not received the spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind.
Think of electricity in a house. The wires are already carrying power, but if you don’t flip the switch, the light won’t come on. The power is present, but it needs to be activated.
In the same way, the Holy Spirit in you brings the power of God into your life, but the power only works when you acknowledge and declare it. You have eternal life in you, and that life gives you power over sickness, disease, and infirmities.
You have the power to cast out devils, heal sicknesses, and cure diseases. You’ve been empowered to live in victory and unending prosperity.
This power in you is activated by acknowledgement and declaration. If you don’t acknowledge it, it can’t work.
Sometimes, in a bid to sound humble, some people deny what they have. If, maybe, you said to them, “Oh, you really have power,” their typical response would be, “I don’t have any power; only Jesus has power.”
But they’re wrong. The same Jesus said in Luke 10:19, “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”
Don’t deny what He gave you simply because you think you’re being humble. Acknowledge and affirm that Jesus gave you power to do the impossible—power over all things.
Think about it: He gave us the Holy Spirit to live in us. What do you think He’s doing inside you? Who is the Holy Spirit? The Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Trinity, who brings the power of God into your life.
Acts 1:8 says, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you….” That means when you received the Holy Spirit, you received power.
Observe how Jesus spoke. He said, “For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself” (John 5:26). Some people must have thought He was too proud for saying that, but He was declaring truth.
Doesn’t the Bible say, “…as he is, so are we in this world” (1 John 4:17)? Acknowledge and declare that you’re full of power. Let it be in the consciousness of your daily language. Like Prophet Micah, declare, “But truly I am full of power by the spirit of the LORD…” (Micah 3:8).
That’s how you activate spiritual power. Talking this way will kill any tumour or disease that tries to rear its ugly head in your body. Glory to God!
Remember that one believer who is full of the Holy Spirit has already overcome the world. Let this assurance keep you from seeking strength in numbers and despairing when you cannot find anyone on your right or left to share your faith and fellowship with.
That season will change
You will grow
The anointing and power of God always cause growth and multiplication
As long as you are steadfast in your fellowship and walk in the supernatural, you will become a mighty nation in very little time.
I write this to you as an instruction from the Holy Spirit.
You can send me a personal email at [email protected] and share your faith and progress with me
I will be very glad to hear from you.

There are certain things in life that are not in unending supply; they’re limited. One of them is time. Learn to save time. Keep track of your time. Our opening verse says for us to redeem the time because the days are evil. If you play a game, maybe soccer, for example, they may give you extra time. However, life is not a game, and there’s no extra time. Therefore, make every day count in your life. Take the opportunity of every day to improve yourself and introduce something into your life that’s worth the while; something positive.
Invest your time wisely. Seize the moment. Make a decision for success today. Don’t wait; don’t procrastinate. Success is for the man who says “yes” to success. Success is for the man who plans for it, who reaches out for it. Who says, “I’ll wake up at such-and-such a time to study,” and he wakes up. Success is for the man who says, “I’ll read this book at this time,” and he reads it! Success is for the man who says, “I’ll go to school,” and he goes. Choose to be a success.
Time is fixed and never seems enough, and so we have to make time for important things. If you have a task or project, do it at the stipulated time. Successful people are time-conscious. Success is waiting for the man who makes a decision. Don’t spend your time watching television or video 24 hours a day. Those you’re watching have put their best into what you’re watching.
Yesterday may be gone, but you have today; make it count. You may not be able to change yesterday, but you can plan today to change tomorrow. You can do something about tomorrow, and to do something about tomorrow, you’ve got to do it today. So make the most of your time. Remember, there’s no extra time; therefore, whatever you do now, do it the best way the first time.
Dealing With Family Patterns
Yesterday, during my PSSBC class, a pastor asked me a question about family patterns and why they are still seen in the lives of born-again Christians even after they have given their lives to Christ and ought to have become new creations.
Why was it that people whose families have certain illnesses that are hereditary come into Christ and still have those same illnesses after coming to Christ, despite praying earnestly against the occurrence of such in their lives?
Some families have cancer, diabetes, mental illness, barrenness, and other serious health issues as a recurring pattern in their families.
Other families have recurring marital issues that have become a pattern from generation to generation.
For example, some ladies find themselves ending up as the "other" woman. or second wife, instead of main wife or only wife, while some end up as baby mamas or single mothers.
Still on the patterns consistent with marriage, some individuals find themselves dealing with issues of infidelity, insecurity, spousal abuse, separation, divorce, toxicity, and early spousal demise
Family patterns can also be observed in terms of longevity of life.
In some families, the male children do not live beyond a certain age.
In some other families, it is observed that the men do not prosper while their wives do.
In essence, their wives are the breadwinners of the family, and this is consistently so from generation to generation.
In most cases, once these patterns are established, they become very difficult to change and consistently repeat themselves.
This is where the born again christians find themselves in a quagmire. They have become new creations, and they know the handwriting of requirements against them has been blotted out by the blood of Jesus.
So why do the patterns persist?
The Bible says Watch and Pray.
A lot of us do the praying without doing the WATCHING.
Watching requires observation of the environment, behavioural patterns, and decision-making processes leading to certain logical conclusions.
If you change the input, the output will surely change.
In the case of health issues, parents eat certain things and grow up in certain environments. They extend this to their children, with whom they share the same genes.
Inevitably, the children will develop the same health issues. Most of the time, if the child changes the environment and the diet, the health pattern changes.
Most believers just pray and ignore the watching aspect of their reality.
You have a pattern of fibroids and conception issue and you notice this started in your thirties. Your sisters have the same, and so did your mother. You have daughters, and you are not encouraging them to get pregnant and have children early because you are praying. May God deliver you from foolishness.
A white wedding is not the goal; reproduction is.
A wedding is a day event, children secure the unborn generation.
You must tell yourself the truth and encourage your daughters to have their children in their early twenties, whether they are married or not. (You must also tell them why and instruct them to prepare their daughters too for an early marriage or conception)
You must defeat nature, not play into its hands.
On the issue of longevity, there is always an underlying issue. These issues are also genetic, and they could be obvious or hidden.
Sometimes they are supernatural, and sometimes they are medical.
It is important to identify the root cause of issues and not just treat the symptoms or pray about the symptoms.
If the issue can be rectified by medical intervention, you must do everything in your power to rectify it for yourself and prevent it for your unborn children.
Prevention is usually achievable through deliberate gene selection when it comes to marriage and not following feelings sheepishly.
We all know how short people often go out of their way to marry very tall people in order to correct the genetic issue in their children.
In the same way, individuals with life-shortening genetic conditions must investigate and marry into families with longevity in order to correct the anomaly of early death.
When it is discovered that the issue is spiritual, as in the case of a prevalent curse, affliction, or enchantment against the family, the right thing to do is pray earnestly, embrace the word of God that supports the imputation of eternal life and longevity in their reality, and confess this always.
Some people confess the word outwardly while they are afraid of the worst happening to them in their hearts.
This ultimately defeats the purpose.
Some others pray by reinforcing the pattern in their own hearing every day. "I shall not die but live" is the wrong approach.
"I have been satisfied with long life in Christ Jesus" Is the right approach.
The cells in our body listen to us and act upon our instructions and belief systems
We must always be aware of this and use it to our advantage.
In many cases, after we start praying the right way and our confessions begin to align with our belief systems, we will have divine instructions on how to handle extra-mundane realities.
For example, I know a woman who started getting extremely sick at the age of forty.
Her mother also died at about the same age due to the same illness.
This woman is a born-again Christian, while her mother died a muslim
She wondered why she would die of the same disease that killed her mother.
She had prayed against such a death since she became a believer.
I shared with her our true reality in Christ and explained to her that, rather than keep praying against the spirit of early death as preached by her pastor, she should be embracing the Spirit of life by acknowledging life deliberately in her confession and belief system.
She began to do this, and one night, she saw a vision in which the angel of the Lord appeared to her and told her
to stop eating a particular food.
This food was her favourite, and it was also her mother's favourite.
She stopped eating it and she got healed of the illness and was back on her feet within a year.
A second example is that of a man who was born in one of the Lagoon shacks in Lagos.
His father had drunk himself to death, and he had also developed an insatiable appetite for alcohol.
It was a pattern in the family and one which none of them had been able to cure for six generations.
This man became a born-again Christian, and yet he couldn't stop drinking.
He said if he ate any food without drinking, it would make him nauseous and he would vomit the food.
He tried therapy and other forms of treatment to no avail.
When I met with him, I shared the word of God with him and told him to keep drinking but to confess the word of God relating to life and the Spirit of life which we have received in Christ Jesus.
He saw a vision in which he caught a basket full of a particular kind of fish, and gave it to his wife, and his wife made a pepper soup for him and his entire family.
Then he heard a voice that said, "Eat and drink no more."
This particular kind of fish was taboo for them in their family; they never eat, touch, or sell it
The next day, he bought this fish and told his wife to prepare pepper soup for him and the family with it.
He and his family ate it, and that was the end of his struggle with alcohol.
The desire for it just died completely.
There are several other examples of great testimonies achieved by praying and being observant, so that certain patterns were broken permanently in many destinies.
I will address one more, and this relates to marriage.
Some people find themselves attracted to toxic partners.
These partners come with both their good and bad sides, and they often only see the good aspect of their nature and never consider the bad side of it.
They find out after the marriage that they cannot cope with the bad side, and then they end up divorced, separated, or estranged from their partners.
They do not objectively pay attention to what went wrong, and they repeat the same mistake again with other potential partners or even in their second marriages.
The worst is when they have children who grew up observing them and then make the same mistake when they get married, completing the cycle of error.
Prayer works wonders, but so does paying attention to fault lines.
Individuals must teach themselves to overcome their idealistic tendencies and approach life on a practical footing.
Having a strong provider for a wife might mean sacrificing a cooking wife and nurturing mother for a career woman.
Having a strong provider for a husband might mean enduring spells of absence in the course of the marriage as he travels to handle his business interests.
The pros and cons are always hand in hand.
If by nature you are a clingy type who would prefer your husband to cuddle you every night, perhaps it is best not to insist on marrying a choleric partner whose desire is to conquer the world of business.
A lot of patterns repeat themselves based on the impracticality of our desires when matched with our choices and the consequences that come with them.
If you are a cheating man or woman, perhaps you avoid marriage entirely instead of assuming that marriage will cure you of your cheating tendencies.
A cheat is someone who naturally derives satisfaction from sleeping with many people within the same time frame.
It is natural for some and learned by some
Those who learned this pattern or fell into it due to circumstances often adjust after marriage or when in a serious relationship.
Natural cheats can't be stopped by a wedding or marriage.
Those who marry cheats with the hope that they will change after the wedding are setting themselves up for a life of pain and emotional agony.
There are those who don't mind being with a cheating partner.
It is best for cheats to be with such for the sake of everybody's sanity.
Marriage is good, but it is not advisable for everybody to get married.
It is marriage that led to the misfortune of some people, and instead of steering their children away from it, they also push their children into it because it is a societal requirement of sorts.
They then develop a pattern of marital failure, which they begin to pray against.
We should train ourselves not to desire things that would destroy us
There is nothing shameful about being single or being a single parent BY CHOICE.
Being married, single, or a single parent due to circumstances outside of one's control, and then living out our lives without any form of deliberateness, is the most SHAMEFUL aspect of adulthood for any believer.
We are no longer slaves to anything or anyone in Christ.
We are children of God!

Praying is not a job
I see many Christians in Nigeria who have turned praying into their form of productive employment.
These individuals claim that due to the long hours they spend in prayer, they have a special standing with God, and people dealing with various life issues should come to them for supernatural intervention.
James 5:16 says the earnest, heartfelt, and persistent prayer of the righteous (not by a righteous man on behalf of another person) releases tremendous, dynamic power, which enables divine intervention to change situations
This is not prayer for hire but prayer by the individual.
Many of us have seen situations where one child begins to speak or negotiate on behalf of the other children when communicating with their parents.
Oftentimes, the parent would tell that child to let the other children speak for themselves.
Prayer is communication; it helps the one praying to get to know God intimately. It then produces the power of faith and live instructions to the person who prayed in real time.
To hand over the reins of your prayer life to one pastor or prophet, who then acts as the intermediary between you and God, in exchange for money, is not acceptable.
The worst kind of Christians are those ones who refuse to do anything productive with their lives while hiding behind "praying for people" as their job.
Most of them could hardly feed themselves and their families, and sometimes resort to all forms of lies and manipulations in order to eke out some money from the pockets of gullible folks who have worked hard for their money.
A Christian has been given the power to pray while being functional at any given task at the same time.
Pray while driving, swimming, coding, accounting, computing, programming, running, playing football, ironing, dancing, diving, piloting, and so on.
Praying is not a job.
You cannot tell me you are praying for me, and as a result of that, I owe you money for your rent, to pay the school fees of your children, or meet any of your needs.
As a pastor or prophet, your duty is to teach and encourage the believer to pray and not to become the one who prays for them in exchange for financial gains.
I must not fail to address those big pastors who keep young men and women in their employ as prayer merchants who pray for them day and night.
Not only is this practise absurd and unchristian, but it is also enabling poverty and laziness.
I have even seen cases where these prayer merchants were handed identity cards with job descriptions like "Prayer Warrior".
The pay is usually nothing to write home about, and these destinies are more or less in bondage.
Some can quote scriptures with reference to thousands of prophets kept in a cave in the days of Elijah and the sons of the prophets of the days of Elisha.
Jesus never did this, and there is no example of it in the New Testament.
Prayer is not meant to be prayed in isolation.
We pray, and then we use the power that prayer made available to achieve great feats to the glory of God.
-GSW-
If Christians don't understand the nature of God, how would they ever walk in the nature?
This is the nature we were told to master while we drop the carnal nature
They argue from a carnal worldview, see from carnal lens, and wonder why their reality is carnal
A look at scriptures from Genesis to Revelation reveals that God calls the things that be not as though they were, and this is how God operates till today
It means he called Jeremiah a prophet from the womb
Samson was a mighty warrior before he was born
Abraham, the father of nations, before he became a father
Jesus the saviour of the world before he was born
David the King when he was a shepherd boy
Peter a fisher of men before he became a disciple
Paul an apostle to the gentile while he was persecuting the church
The nature of God is consistent and obvious
A believer must embrace this nature and act this way in his consciousness in order to walk in divine power
We are not a people of facts and reason
We are a people of faith and guided by the Holy Spirit
There is a way people from a certain class of society reason
I have noticed this for many years
A man wrote a book, a Christian book, and at the back of the book, he acknowledged only his mother and practically treated his father with disdain
In the foreword, he insulted his father and praised his mother
I wondered why until I met him
He was from the poor class of society
Poor people are always in a reactionary mode
It is a short-term mindset that aims to repay evil with evil and good with good
It is not fitting for royalty
A Royal mindset acts differently
It understands that success is not the end game
It strives to go beyond success, to outdo itself by correcting faulty lines and healing wounds
Good is of no use if it rewards evil with evil
Good is at its best when it defeats evil with good
You can use your success to prove a point, or you can use it to set new parameters of behaviour for the coming generation.
You were not saved to struggle, you were saved to reign.

He was learned in all the wisdom of the Egyptians and was mighty in words and in deeds. Yes, he attended the Harvard, Oxford and Cambridge of the era as Pharoah’s house had the best thinkers, astrologers and educators. He learned administration, governance, communication, strategy, and the mechanics of empire. Moses is a case study of consequential leadership.
Providence placed him inside the very system he would later confront, not to assimilate him, but to equip him. Leadership, it turns out, is often prepared in places that look contradictory to destiny.
Simply, Moses’ origin story itself is layered with irony and intent. Pharaoh’s daughter found him as a baby, hidden in a basket among the reeds of the Nile, moved by compassion, she drew him from the water and named him Moses. What looked like abandonment became adoption; what appeared like displacement became positioning. In modern terms, Moses was sent to a “faraway branch” of a bank where many might have expected him to fade quietly.
Instead, that distance became an accelerator. He learned how power works, how institutions think, and how complex systems are governed. When the moment came to lead, Moses did not confront Pharaoh as a novice; he spoke the language of the palace because he had been trained there.
Yet all he learned in Pharaoh’s house was not enough. Another layer was added as Moses spent 40 years in the wilderness, a period of preparation, humility, and transformation before leading the Israelites. It was there that he was called at the burning bush to deliver his people.
This pattern repeats itself beyond scripture. I saw this firsthand during my NYSC year, when I was posted to Northern Nigeria. At the time, I did not want to go. I saw no opportunity in it. Yet that year fundamentally reshaped how I understand Nigeria, its people, its diversity, its tensions, and its possibilities. The perspective gained from that “faraway posting” continues to compound. Like Moses in Pharaoh’s house, what felt like being sent away became exposure to knowledge and context that no classroom could have provided. Moses needed Egypt to lead Israel. I needed NYSC in Northern Nigeria to better understand Nigeria.
In today’s context, the preparation of Moses might look like sending you to Harvard for an MBA, only for you to return to Nigeria and be assigned to run a small bank in my Ovim village rather than in Abuja or Lagos. It may feel misplaced, even unfair. Yet it is often in that quiet, overlooked setting, far from the spotlight, that you truly learn the business. And then, one day, the call comes from Lagos, not because you waited at the center, but because you mastered leadership at the margins.
And the lesson: what has living in that “Pharoah’s house taught you”? Happy Sunday https://t.co/mMkzR1HUqr
Some years ago, a very close sister from church reached out to me about a vision she had
In the vision, she was being congratulated and offered a job in a bank
She wore a blue suit in the vision she saw.
This sister had worked at an eatery for about two years due to the influence of her father and had moved from there to a bank again due to the influence of her father, but by this time, her father was dead.
She had lost her banking job, and debts were mounting.
Her husband was a stockbroker
At that time, stockbroking was very unprofitable
She reached out to me, asking for counselling on the vision she saw
I told her to go and buy a blue suit and prepare for the interview
She had been applying for a job, and it is a safe bet that she would eventually get positive feedback.
Two weeks later, she got a letter of interview from a Mortgage bank
She knew nothing about mortgage banking and had previously worked with a commercial bank
The letter stated the time of the interview as 11 am
She wore the blue suit and got to the bank on time
When she got there, they told her the interview was over
The time had been changed to 8 am, and another mail sent out
Unfortunately, she didn't get the second mail
It was another missed opportunity
She turned around to leave the banking premises
It suddenly began to rain
She waited by the bank's entrance for the rain to abate
A car drove into the compound, and a man dressed in a suit alighted from it
The man scanned the people at the entrance and said, "Hello, lady in a blue suit, follow me.”
She followed the man into the bank
They got into the elevator together
When they got to the man's office, the man said, "Lawyer, where are the land documents you were supposed to drop off for us?"
The lady realised the man was addressing her
She told him she was not a lawyer
She came to sit for an interview, and she missed it completely
The man asked for her name and said, "Our lawyer is tidying up some land documents for us, and he told me one of his staff members wearing a blue suit will be waiting for me by the entrance
He asked her for her documents
Perused them and placed a call through to the HR manager
When the HR manager arrived, the man said, "This is Teju. I have decided to employ her as our Business Development Manager.”
Wow.
She got a position that was way higher than she applied for
The man told her she must deliver rich clients who would invest and also build using the bank’s facilities
She got on it
All her late father's friends and contacts
Her husband's clients and friends
In one month, she secured deals worth over seven billion naira
Three banks, the apex bank, three religious institutions, and cooperative societies engaged the bank's facilities to build staff quarters and other projects
The following month, all her accounts were taken from her and handed over to another staff member
The boss said she had no experience in executing projects
The other staff would be the ones to interact with contractors (and that was where the money or profit was), according to her
She called me and lamented that the juicy part of the job had been given to someone else
I said, "Tell the Lord about it. Don’t be a victim. If it is yours, don't let anybody take it from you.”
We prayed.
She got to the office the next morning with a determination to approach the boss and ask him to give her a chance to handle the execution of the projects
She brought in
The meeting was supposed to start at 9 AM
Everybody was present except the staff who had been given her projects
He took all the files home with him (which was against office rules), and therefore, they couldn't deliberate on the projects to determine next steps.
They waited
He came in by 10 AM
He had been in traffic and was obviously angry and frustrated
The boss asked him to look at the time he was getting to the office
He exploded
He transferred the aggression and frustration to his boss
Insulted and screamed at the man to shut up
The man told him to excuse them and leave the office
He refused
They called in security
There was a scuffle
In the course of the scuffle, he took off his suit and rolled up his sleeves
All the charms on his arm and the juju belt on his waist were revealed
He was bundled off to the police station and later sacked
My sister got her projects back
Don’t be a victim in this life.
