🚢 The Titanic didn't sink the moment it hit the iceberg. Many passengers believed everything was under control... until there was no escape.
Today, our greatest ship isn't made of steel. It's the digital world that connects billions of people through ideas, innovation, and communication.
Every day, creators inspire audiences, entrepreneurs build businesses, students learn new skills, and families stay connected because the internet gives them the freedom to create and communicate.
Freedom isn't lost all at once. It disappears little by little when people stop paying attention. Protecting privacy and open communication helps ensure technology continues to empower everyone.
The future isn't decided by technology alone. It's decided by the choices we make today. Let's build a world where innovation, creativity, and digital freedom continue to thrive.
Imagine waking up... and the sun no longer shines the way it should.
Not because of an eclipse.
Not because it's winter.
But because the sky stayed dark for over a year.
This actually happened in 536 AD. 🧵
📌 Historians describe 536 AD as one of the darkest years in human history.
The sun appeared dim, almost like the moon, and a strange haze covered much of Europe, the Middle East, and parts of Asia.
📌 With less sunlight came colder temperatures.
Crops failed, food became scarce, and famine spread across entire regions.
One change in the sky triggered a chain reaction on the ground.
📌 So what caused it?
The leading theory is that one or more massive volcanic eruptions blasted ash and sulfur high into the atmosphere, blocking sunlight for months.
📌 We know this wasn't just an old legend.
Tree rings and ice core records show a sharp global cooling around 536 AD, matching historical accounts from the time.
📌 As if that wasn't enough, more eruptions followed a few years later, making the climate even worse.
Then came the Justinian Plague.
For many people alive then, it must have felt like the world was ending.
📌 It's a reminder that sometimes the biggest events in history aren't wars or kings.
Sometimes, they're forces of nature that change the course of civilization.
History is full of stories that sound impossible... until you realize they really happened.
Jimi Hendrix arriving in Milan, Italy, in 1968.
Jimi Hendrix arrived at Milan’s Malpensa Airport on May 23, 1968, on a flight from Miami. Only a small number of fans were there to welcome him, as he was still largely unfamiliar to the wider Italian public. He was scheduled to perform two shows at the Piper Club, but delays caused by Italian customs holding the band’s equipment disrupted the plans.
The setback forced organizers to cancel the afternoon performance. When the evening concert finally went ahead, the venue descended into chaos as nearly 2,000 people crammed into the Piper Club, which had a capacity of just 400.
Hey, I'm Usman (USMANFI) 👋
I help Web3 projects turn products into conversations people actually understand.
Over the past year, I've worked across content, community, and growth. Helping teams explain complex products, onboard new users, and build communities that stay engaged beyond launch day.
What I do:
• Web3 Content Strategy
• Technical Content Writing
• Community Growth & Management
• Discord & Telegram Operations
• X (Twitter) Content & Engagement
• Product Education & User Onboarding
I believe great products don't fail because they're bad.
They fail because users never fully understand why they matter.
That's the gap I enjoy solving.
I've contributed to projects across infrastructure, AI, payments, trading, and community tooling. Creating educational content, simplifying product updates, gathering community insights, and helping teams communicate with clarity.
I'm always open to working with builders who care about creating products people actually use.

People often ask what gives $NYX its value.
The answer is: utility.
$NYX powers the Nyxly ecosystem. As more people create, participate, tip, boost content, and use features across the platform, the token becomes part of that activity.
Its value is tied to a growing platform where creators and communities interact every day.
The stronger the ecosystem becomes, the more reasons there are to use $NYX.
🚢 in the past two days, Bitcoin (BTC) has traded with a slight bearish bias and remained volatile.
📉 BTC slipped toward the $64,000 region as investors turned cautious amid ongoing geopolitical tensions, particularly developments involving Iran and uncertainty around global markets.
📈 Despite the weakness, buyers have continued to defend key support levels, preventing a deeper sell-off. The market is largely waiting for a stronger catalyst before making its next major move.
⚖️ Overall sentiment is neutral to slightly bearish, with traders closely watching macroeconomic news and geopolitical developments for direction.
Your rent don expire since last month and you dey fry chicken for compound wey your landlord dey. Ajeh you get balls.your balls strong like snooker ball.
I still remember when making your first DeFi transaction felt like defusing a bomb.
“Did I copy the right address?”
“Am I on the right chain?”
“What if I lose everything?”
One mistake and your funds were gone.
Looking back, I don’t think the biggest problem was education.
The tools just weren’t built for normal people.
We kept telling users to “learn more” instead of asking why using DeFi had to be so hard in the first place.
The products that will win over the next few years won’t necessarily have the most features.
They’ll be the ones your parents could use without calling you for help.
That’s when you’ll know DeFi has finally grown up.
~ Have a productive day and week ahead 🤍
