What I have learned and will practice going into 2025.
Don't emotionally react to anything. Always apply logic.
Not everything is worth a reaction. Learn to let go.
Have honest and difficult conversations. It's the only way to heal and move relationships forward.
Welcome to December, everyone!
I pray this month will be filled with joy, peace, and divine favor for you and your loved ones. May every unfinished plan and desire be perfected by God’s grace.
I think the major thing I am looking for in relationships& friendships is safety. To be safe, to feel safe, with my emotions, feelings, my decisions, my wins, my losses, my body. To be certain that if anything happens, no matter how bad it is, I have someone& people who got me.
I don’t think most people understand how painful anxiety is.
It physically hurt.
Sometimes it feels like your intestines start twisting and you feel like throwing up.
Smallest thing can ruin my day. Overthinking alot of things.
As someone with anxiety, I can’t do inconsistency.
A lot of people are sweet people when you’re not directly working with them.
Work directly with them and you’ll see how terrible they are, hoard information, rate their people low.
We need to do better as supervisors, please.
Toxicity starts with you sometimes.
I think the craziest thing I’ve become accustomed to as an adult is having a full on psychological breakdown, then wiping my tears, dusting myself off and going about my day like nothing happened 😭🤣
This September, I will experience ease in all my affairs, I will receive help from unexpected places, beyond my every expectation and the lord will go before me & make every crooked path straight in Jesus name, Amen. 🙏🏽
