🚨 NEW: Police launch criminal investigation into Jeremy Corbyn and Zarah Sultana’s Your Party database row.

• The Metropolitan Police have launched a criminal investigation following a complaint in September 2025 over alleged unauthorised access to a political party’s database.

• The dispute centres on Your Party’s membership launch, when Zarah Sultana promoted a membership website that Jeremy Corbyn said had been set up without authorisation.

• Around 800,000 people on a mailing list received an email inviting them to become paying members, with membership offered for £5 a month or £55 a year.

• Corbyn’s Peace and Justice Project, which controlled the mailing list, raised concerns over the use of the data.

• The Information Commissioner’s Office previously said the matter could involve serious criminal activity and advised that further action should be considered.

• The investigation concerns allegations of unauthorised database access. No finding of criminal guilt has been established.

• The row is the latest development in the bitter dispute between the two Your Party co-founders.

Shocking decision from the government to approve a data centre over desperately-needed social housing.
