This aerial shot from one of our drone operators last night is just fantastic.
I still can’t believe we timed this shot just right with the 🚆!
Our team put so much love into the way that moon spins, and how the shadow could work, and it really paid off in the end. Massive..yet serene.
A perfect #LasVegas nightlight. 😍

@minchoi@paultrillo@OpenAI As much as I love completely surreal art, something about it being generated makes it feel so much less impressive. Feels more arbitrary.
Surrealist oil paintings are more interesting and inspiring to view. Not hating, it’s still cool. Just not as memorable.
@LarryRosenthal@iBrews@rabovitz Yeah, by connecting them with real places and using engines to manage real life space, you get the best of both worlds. Foot traffic is fun and feels more authentic and catches people off guard in a good way.
@iBrews@rabovitz We were very lucky back then. Nothing happens like that now sadly.
XR manufacturers no longer go full force into letting creatives and artists pave the way or form those cool public intersection opportunities.
They kind of went the other way, only digital, no real world.
@iBrews We have 8 of these in the office. Some haven’t even been open. Last I remember, none seem to be able to connect or update really. They’re bricks now. 🧱
"As if Wes Anderson ran amok at Aardman: Harold Halibut, the visually stunning puppet adventure game" - dev took 14 yrs. Instead of limiting vision to tech, devs waited for tech to catch up to the vision. #games#adventuregames#gamedesign#puppets

@LinusEkenstam Cool design but I’d prefer a watch.
I don’t understand why we haven’t seen more of these companies just partner with fashionable watch alternatives to Apple Watch which is a bit dull fashion wise (though useful).
@michae1becker The kids have the free time!
In all seriousness I’ve been seeing some extremely talented interns applying for my teams summer internship, only we pay ours. :)
They make me excited for the future!
@_tlr_ I’m interested in how it will change people’s interpretation of each other and maybe lead to more of selective network as it’s a bit more focused. That part seems pretty cool!
@michael_nielsen Always wear sneakers or hiking boots, that was the lesson.
There’s a famous church with sacred dirt you can take home people walk to. We sadly made it an hour after it closed, so we just stuck our feet in the river, hung out, and had a friend pick us up to return home.
@michael_nielsen Santa Fe to Chimayo.
In college. Left at 4am with friends after a party. Took us 16 hours 😅
My feet were bleeding by the end. We only finished because we ate chocolate mushrooms, which we took 1/4 way in, which acted like a pain killer.
Happy we did it, but never again.
What I've learned about Apple's mysterious fisheye projection format, the format they use for their impressive Immersive videos on the Vision Pro: https://t.co/kr4CUKWnTU
@minchoi@cso4x Totally! Computational approaches applied to #anything are fun. I’m noting where I see the quality bar present day.
Nothing to write home about yet, but
excited for the tools that emerge later on. Right now it’s “off-brand audio jungle” tomorrow maybe something on radio.
