3 Coaching Truths:
1. Culture isn’t what you say, it’s what you allow.
2. Leadership isn’t a title, it’s a responsibility.
3. Tough teams aren’t born, they’re built every day.
Great teams don’t happen by accident.
They’re built on purpose.
Is trackflation real? 🤔

4. Your best players aren’t always your best leaders.
5. No system works without buy-in.
6. Success brings criticism, too.
7. Culture isn’t built in a week; it’s built daily.
8. You can’t coach every player the same way.
9. Wins don’t always reflect your impact.

A bad coach tears people down. An average coach focuses only on results. A good coach teaches skills and systems. A great coach builds confidence and trust. An exceptional coach helps people believe in themselves at a higher level. And the best coaches impact lives long after the scoreboard stops mattering.
You can split coaches pretty much into 2 groups: number guys & people guys. Chase numbers & you miss out on the best thing in our profession. Take care of your people & numbers work out.
Confidence demands evidence.
It comes from doing difficult things, sometimes failing, but seeing where you lie, and then going back to the work.
It's quiet, earned, and repeatable.
