Naw. It could be fixed in 1-2 generations. We just need people who are focused on accurately identifying the problem and fixing it. But the problem is identity politics, the fake two sided political system and everyone in government that is committing fraud, pinching money from these program funds and then when the money actually gets to the schools it’s all gone.
