NEW: Former 4⭐️ LSU transfer G Curtis Givens III’s commitment to Memphis gives them another HM+ player with multiple years of eligibility.
Source adds that Memphis’ deal with Givens is expected to be in the range of $300k, which is a great deal for Memphis.
I like the upside in this addition, and I think he could thrive here at Memphis in the long term.
NEWS: Ohio State transfer forward Aaron Bradshaw, a former 5⭐️ recruit, has committed to Memphis, source tells @on3.
The 7-1 sophomore began his career at Kentucky and is a former McDonalds’ All-American.

BREAKING: Memphis Guard PJ Haggerty has entered the portal, source confirms.
The 6’3 AAC POTY averaged 21.7 PPG. Immediately becomes the best available player in the portal.
BREAKING: South Carolina transfer 6’7” wing Zachary Davis (@zacharydavis2_) has committed to Memphis, he tells me.
Davis averaged 8.2 PTS and 4.6 REB last season, while putting up some big time scoring performances against Florida and Miss State.
Davis has good physical tools at the wing and is an above average defender that should find playing in the AAC pretty easy after being in the SEC last season. I do his expect shooting numbers to increase significantly playing in a more competent offensive system at Memphis.
BREAKING: Temple transfer 6’4” G Quante Berry has committed to Memphis.
Berry averaged 10.3 PTS 4.3 REB and 1.3 STL on 46/34/70 shooting splits in his sophomore season last year.
Really believe he’s poised for a breakout season in the AAC next year. Good start to the off-season.
@stoolmemphis I think this is what Memphis has been missing over the last couple years. We need a balance of hs guys we can develop. Then we go out and get transfers to fill the holes.
Embarrassing performance from Memphis. Up at half and end up losing by 8.
This team looked way too comfortable in the second half and strayed away from what was working. This is exactly how it goes every year so I don’t even know why I’m surprised.
There will no bid stealer out of the AAC.
Memphis completes a tremendous season and will enter March Madness at 29-5.
It will be fascinating to see where the Tigers are seeded.
