@AskeBay so I was ask to update my debit card information for a 30 minute payment but when I did @eBay locked my payout including my bank account.
Call spoke to @ebay customer service and was told my entire payouts are locked for 24-48 hours. Very disappointed with the situation

Now #cashapp tells me that $somuchdinero5 and $cespie7 has a choice to refund me.
A choice.. Goods and Services not received should be covered by refund policies.
