Upon completing the Open Campus Accelerator (OC-X) program, companies have the opportunity to access two funding streams:

EDU Grants—released upon achieving specific performance milestones.

Looped Community Financing—enabling founders to secure loans based on their monthly recurring revenue, repayable through monthly installments.

Why is this groundbreaking?

The magic lies in the repayment structure.

Repayments not only clear the debt but also funnel interest payments into purchasing EDU from the open market, thereby replenishing the OC-X accelerator fund and creating positive buy pressure for EDU (our ecosystem token).

This model offers startups who are integrating the Open Campus protocols with the necessary funding to scale.

Interest from these loans creates a demand for EDU, creating a unique point of difference compared with conventional loan models where interest benefits only the centralized entity issuing the loans.

For edtech founders, this means access to capital based on their revenue—no equity sacrifices required.

Their repayments contribute to a cycle that benefits the entire Open Campus ecosystem, showcasing the unique potential of blockchain technology to create a more symbiotic financial landscape.

Moreover, debt financing provides rapid capital that grants cannot, enabling swift support for our startups without diluting the ecosystem's value.

Currently, a select group of companies have embarked on this journey with us. Over the next year, we anticipate over 75 new startups to join through our accelerator program, expanding the impact and scale of our monthly EDU buy-backs fueled by interest payments on business loans.
