URGENT ‼️ Details of Elene Khoshtaria's deteriorating health in unlawful imprisonment.

@DroaParty leader @Helenkhosh was examined by rheumatologist Maka Ioseliani.

As the doctor explained, Elene Khoshtaria is experiencing "severe pain, has difficulty moving independently, uses a cane, and while struggling, she is able to perform certain movements within the scope of self-care."

According to the doctor, a complete examination of the patient "could not be managed, despite the patient's efforts, due to severe pain." She believes that "the examination should be conducted in a multi-profile clinic to rule out all possible options and calculate all risks."

"As a result of the patient's examination, damage to several joints was revealed—both peripheral and central. We are talking about several joints, including small joints, phalanges, knees, and hips, some of which could not be fully examined, despite the patient's efforts, due to severe pain.

I reviewed the radiological examination conducted in April 2026. It reveals changes characteristic of a rheumatic disease; there is the sacroiliac joint, the inflammation of which is manifested. Generally, there is severe pain, the patient has difficulty moving independently, uses a cane, and while struggling, she performs certain movements within the scope of self-care.

According to this data, we are talking about a rheumatic pathology—specifically an inflammatory joint pathology, which is likely progressing. This is because in 2024, only peripheral joints were involved (meaning the knee and shoulder); there were no small joints, and most importantly, there was no sacroiliac joint involvement, which radically changes the diagnosis for rheumatology.

In 2024, a diagnosis of reactive arthritis was made by Turkish colleagues [because it couldn't be completed, the full picture wasn't available]. Now it has radically changed: peripheral joints and small joints have been added, and what significantly alters the diagnosis is the inflammation of the spine, specifically its crucial part—the sacroiliac joint.

All of this makes it essential to conduct examinations. It is important to consult several specialists and run numerous tests. It is also necessary to determine the role of the autoimmune hemolytic anemia, an issue in the Republic of Turkey that was only resolved after using a high dose of hormones.

Examining the patient was difficult despite her willingness. This difficulty was due to pain. The patient found it hard to lie down on the medical table for the examination. We could not examine the sacroiliac joint due to pain, nor could the movement of the hip joint be assessed.
