Wrestlers - Keep your head up and go slow when you're showing out, especially on your entrance. Photos where you're looking at the floor or going too fast never make you look confident, and these are prime spots for that. Keep that chin up and make eye contact with the audience!

ATTN: all Pro Wrestlers with passion for shoot-style Pro Wrestling

AMBITION is wXw's shoot-style pro wrestling brand with a yearly event at Europe's biggest wrestling festival, #wXw16Carat Gold. AMBITION 17 will take place on Saturday, March 7th, 2026 as an afternoon event at Turbinenhalle 1 in Oberhausen.

We have reserved two Wildcards for wrestlers with love for shoot-style pro wrestling who would like to showcase their craft in front of a worldwide audience at the venue & via livestream.

Wrestlers selected for this Wildcard must be able to travel to Germany and arrange for their own transportation. wXw does arrange for their hotel room for two nights and pays a standard fee/travel stipend per match to them.

Previous Wildcard spots were assigned to wrestlers like @danielmakabe, @NotThatShire and @dannyjoneswres, who have each since secured multiple return bookings from wXw.
