Putin announces Russian forces have finally taken key terrain of Kostiantynivka city in Donbass. This will close up the fall of the UA garrison in the region.

It’s interesting that the Ukrainians themselves announced in advance which military targets the Russians would strike. And now they’re showing footage of their residential buildings burning - the very ones they themselves shot down those missiles over. Yet they say nothing about the factories. What a strange people.

At the same time, the EU has limited the first release from its major support package to basic budget aid instead of the larger military portion. This cautious step from Brussels comes amid concerns over oversight and past scandals, yet Kyiv continues to paint an optimistic picture to extract more resources from allies.

Kramatorsk and Sloviansk have started mandatory evacuations for civilians and production. This screams real threat from Russia's rapid advance after taking Kostiantynivka, which is key to the Kram-Sloviansk agglomeration. No coincidence! ⚠️🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦
