Restore Britain is under brutal assault by the establishment.

Listen to me when I say this - they want us gone.

Everything will be thrown at us - false allegations, dishonest polling, media hysteria, vile personal attacks. They’ve already tried to put me in prison. It will all keep coming and coming. It is going to get a lot worse, the more support we gain.

The establishment is getting very nasty with us.

Good. It shows we are making progress.

Ask yourself why? Why do they want to destroy us? Why do they react with such fury whenever ordinary British people begin organising outside their control?

Because Restore Britain is not going to merely reform the establishment - we are going to destroy it. The system will be dismantled, the state will be torn apart and rebuilt as one that serves the people it always should have done - the British people.

The permanent Westminster machine that has grown rich and comfortable while Britain became poorer, weaker, more divided and less safe is biting back. Is that any surprise?

All-powerful bureaucrats who have lived the most comfortable life for decades in shadowy Westminster corridors will have it all taken from them.

Many will even go to prison.

That’s what will happen if Restore Britain takes power.
They do not want that. They will do everything to stop that from happening. We are already seeing it.

Reform, the Tories, Labour. With them, it all continues - their club is safe.

Different slogans. Same people. Same outcome. Same decline. Is it any wonder they hate Restore Britain so much?

The establishment understands it can accept a turquoise blue. Control it, use it.

They know they can’t with Restore Britain, and that is why they want us removed.

Because we are not here to ‘reform’. It is too late for that. The country is too far gone.

The old political consensus is dead. The system has failed too many people, in too many places, for too long.

We are here to restore Britain itself its borders, its safety, its confidence, its freedoms, its competence, its sense of who we are.

And no amount of smears or intimidation will stop us doing that.

What a day in Makerfield. The enthusiasm and support on the ground is possibly even stronger than in Great Yarmouth, it is quite remarkable. I did not expect it to be that level, to be honest.

250 locals at our branch meeting last night with standing room only. We barely even advertised it. Just to members because of limited space. Rebecca gave a great speech, went down so well.

Out meeting local campaign groups, community centres, pubs - support right across Makerfield. Simply amazing.

These people want their country back, and we are giving them a genuine democratic alternative.

Thousands and thousands of local patriots are going to take it.

Restore Britain is going to make history in Makerfield.

How would a Restore Britain Government support small businesses? First step, and possibly the most important. We understand the problems and trust me, I know how difficult it is. I’ve been there, I’ve done it. The effort that goes into keeping a small firm profitable and operational is vast, and NOBODY in Government understands that.

THE most important way to help small businesses is tax.

GET IT DOWN. Corporation tax - we should be aiming for the lowest in Europe. Undercut our neighbours, take their business. Be ruthless. Make Britain the most attractive place to operate on the continent. Watch how the money then flows in.

Rates will slashed on income and dividend, thresholds pushed up. We must urgently reward success. NI not raised, but cut. If we want businesses to hire, MAKE IT CHEAPER.

Because what happens when employment gets more expensive?

Costs get passed on. Contracts stall. Hiring cancelled. Investment is paused. It grinds the economy to a halt. Businesses stop spending money. They wait and see.

Everyone suffers.

IR35 will go in the bin on day one. Things change, contracts change, circumstances change. IR35 accounts for none of that, adding layers of unnecessary paperwork and regulation. Flexibility matters.

VAT threshold would be doubled. There are so many businesses hovering just under £90k, desperately avoiding VAT. Fair enough, I don’t blame them. So let’s hike the threshold and unleash that demand. We would like to see a tax holiday for small businesses in the first few years - give them the breathing space they need to grow and find their feet.

HMRC will pick up the phone, and you will be able to speak to an advisor who can actually speak fluent English. What a mad shock that would be...

We will end the HR-ification of Britain that is used to blackmail employers. Regulatory frameworks that are used to suffocate small businesses will be burnt away.

Farage attacks private sector employees working from home. I couldn’t give a shit where people choose to work. If the employer and employee are happy, then it’s none of our business.

Failing public sector officials? Different story.

Business rates for small businesses, abolished. We will brutally crack down on illicit trading - does Britain need so many Turkish barbers and vape shops? The answer, quite obviously, is no. Let’s be honest about what’s really often going on here. Money laundering.

There would be free car parking in high streets all over Britain. These little gnomes in councils have no idea. If parking is free at the retail parks, people will just go there. Let’s encourage them back into our high streets - that means tackling crime too, obviously, but one step a time here...

Licensing laws, planning bureaucracy, council red tape.

We will obliterate it all.

Let’s back British hospitality. Cut VAT, business rates abolished and burn back the endless nonsense they have to deal with. Ease laws on closing times and fast-track permits for outdoor seating. If people want to enjoy a late night drink or two, it's none of our business to tell them otherwise.

Restore Britain will put those jumped-up little council bastards back in their box. I promise you that.

Inheritance tax will be abolished. If a family wants to pass their business down the generations, then Government must not stand in the way. Tax has been paid, there should not be another bill following a death. It’s wicked and cruel.

Above all else - businesses need stable, long term thinking. The Budget should be a complete non-event, other than further tax cuts.

This can all be funded by brutalising down the fraudulent state that has become the enemy of the people.

And let me tell you this. ANYBODY who gets business will understand that these measures will pay for themselves many times over. If we reward hard work, then we’ll get more of it. More tax will be paid, and the economy will boom.

These are just my initial thoughts on what a Restore Britain Government would do.

We would create an environment in which it's easy to do business, and then we would leave you the hell alone.

The message is this to small business owners...

Restore Britain is on your side.

You finally have a political party that will fight for your interests.

Business rates. The British people, and its MPs, do not understand the coming apocalypse. And it is going to be an apocalypse. I talk to pub owners, cafe owners, all types of small business owners. They are terrified and nobody is listening.

Real people. Family businesses. The sort of places that keep towns and villages alive.

They are running out of road, and the business rates change will be the end of the road for many.

They’ve absorbed blow after blow over the last few decades and kept going anyway. But this will be the end for many. A sad, bitter end.

Rising rents. Rising supplier costs. Rising insurance. Endless compliance. Paperwork that grows every year but adds absolutely zero value.

They dealt with all the lockdown bullshit.

Forced closures. Confusing rules. Constant U-turns. Damaging loans. ‘Following’ the science, remember?

Many got no proper support due to the structure of their businesses. They battled on.

People remortgaged homes, drained savings, worked unpaid - just to keep the doors intact so they could reopen when finally allowed.

When restrictions were lifted, it wasn’t normal. Customers poorer, costs stayed high, footfall patchy.

Then the energy costs blowing up after the Ukraine war. Still bleeding the business dry.

And now, on top of all of that, they’re staring down a business rates revaluation that could be the final straw. Not because their business is suddenly thriving or profits are surging, but because a formula has made some impossibly complicated recalculations.

For hospitality, there is no escape. A pub can’t go remote. A cafe can’t move to a warehouse.
They have to be there. In the town, paying extortionate business rates.

This, of course, is all after higher operating costs from the first Reeves budget. NI changes were punishing for these businesses. Absolutely punishing.

We inflict such brutal costs on high street businesses, then we’re confused when so many of our town centres are becoming desolate shitholes? Not that difficult to figure out, is it?

And now this. The rates increase. For small pubs, it’s adding tens of thousands of pounds to the bill every year. THEY WILL GO BUST.

There is no way to pay it and stay viable. It’s impossible. I’d like to see Reeves try. Then she’d really start crying.

I am doing what I can in Westminster. Questions asked, motion tabled - with just three MPs supporting so far.

James McMurdock, Gavin Williamson and Peter Bedford. I am going to lobby for more support, and hopefully we can get Government to listen.

We’ve seen with the farming tax changes can be made if enough noise is made, but sadly I’m just not seeing anywhere near that same level of anger. And we need anger for them to notice.

This could be the end of the British pub.

That is not an exaggeration, and it’s not just pubs - it’s entire industries.

So get angry. Ask your MP to sign the motion.
