Thank you Mr @pulte on an amazing $FNMA & $FMCC job done. I personally lost over $3 Millions. It’s easy to blame Obama & Biden when you are not in their shoes. Now I’m sure they are laughing at YOU and at US/Shareholders. We feel so STUPID TO HAVE LISTEN TO YOU.
ENOUGH!! 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨 🚨
You spent months talking up a historic return of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to the public markets. November was supposed to be the moment. Instead, November 2025 came and went and shareholders got nothing but silence. NO IPO. NO CLARITY!
These are two of America’s greatest mortgage corporations, not political props to be dangled in front of millions of investors and then forgotten.
If the IPO plan was real, where is it? If the plan changed, why hasn’t anyone had the courage to say so?
Shareholders have waited 18 YEARS for an exit from conservatorship. They deserve ACTION not more headlines, hints, handshakes and moving goalposts. Not to mention the television commercials that have been viewed by millions.
@realDonaldTrump@SecScottBessent@pulte@howardlutnick finish what you started. 📺
End the conservatorship. Protect existing shareholders. Return $FNMA and $FMCC to the NYSE where they belong.
Promises made promises not kept. 🤥
These Fortune 50 Companies have repaid bailout.
Do not try and steal more equity because if you do you will be compared to Barrack Hussein Obama.
You know the guy..
@IMFpubs@realDonaldTrump@pulte Why r u DEFENDING prev admin who FRAUDED American shareholders? Why keep fighting after 3-0, 8-0 UNANIMOUS WON at Shrholders ! Y'all just talk No Commie while being HYPOCRITE TO THE MAX ! So many of us so upset, we will be NO RUSH TO THE POLL. NOT #MAGA
@TylerEHand@pulte@FHFA Das liest sich alles gut.
Aber auch schon alt.
Es müssen endlich Taten folgen.
Es hätte schon längst passieren müssen.
Die beschlagnahmung erfolgte an einem Tag.
I cannot confirm nor deny this, but it seems that millions of shares immediately after close plus the strange collapse in action before that today all seem to add up to abnormal behavior and a hint of news in circles I don't get invited to.
I still have F2 as my largest "single" stock in my portfolio, and have been through days 5x worse than today... I'll either be a whale on the moon or at the bottom of the ocean with you all.
$FNMA $FMCC
🇺🇸 @realDonaldTrump, 4 years, 9 months & 14 days after you wrote this letter, unfortunately $FNMA and $FMCC are STILL in conservatorship under your administration.
You called it the “Obama/Biden scam.”
So what do we call it now? 👀 Is it still the Obama/Biden scam, or is it fair to start calling it the Trump Scam?
You are back in the White House. @SecScottBessent and @USTreasury are in positions to act, and under Director @pulte’s leadership, the #GSE's have never been in a healthier position.
It’s time to act.
🚨 RELEASE THE TWINS.
🔓 #EndTheConservatorship
⚖️ END #FannieGate.
@FHFA #FNMA #FMCC #FannieMae #FreddieMac
IYKYK Another month is about to end. Still NO release. Still NO uplist. ❌We’ve watched a full year tick by since @realDonaldTrump teased that Nov 2025 NYSE return. We listened to endless interviews from @pulte@SecScottBessent@howardlutnick promising a path forward. Yet here we are in July 2026, and the goalposts keep moving while the administration tells the media "it's not a rush." 🛩️ Enough with the teasers. Give us concrete action. 💎🙌 $FNMA $FMCC $GSE
FANNIE & FREDDIE
TEMPORARY CONSERVATORSHIP PAYBACK DOCUMENTATION TO DATE: 78% above original 10% conservatorship terms. 🤯
The U.S Treasury has received 78% in total dividends above the original 10% conservatorship terms from shareholders of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. (Longest running temporary conservatorship in U.S history)
- Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have paid 78% more in total dividends to the U.S. Treasury than they would have under the original 10% annual dividend requirement.
The calculated financial impact of the 2012 Net Worth Sweep compared to the original 10% agreement reveals the following details.
The Payout Comparison
A Congressional Research Service (CRS) analysis tracked exactly what the two mortgage giants would have paid if the original 10% fixed-dividend rule had remained intact, vs. what they actually paid under the profit sweep:
•Under the Original 10% Agreement: Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac would have owed a combined total of $169 billion in accumulated dividends over the timeline of their active payout periods. [1]
•Under the Net Worth Sweep: The government actually extracted a combined $301.1 billion by sweeping 100% of their net profits.
•The Excess Percentage: The $301.1 billion actually paid represents a 178.1% payout rate relative to the original obligation. This means the government pulled in an excess of 78.1% above the initial 10% deal.
- Almost 18 years since the temporary conservatorship began and the owners of these historical companies, stakeholders (shareholders) of have not received one dollar in dividends.

@pulte, it's great to see you posting about Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac again, Sir.
Do shareholders fall within the framework of "ALL"?
Could we see an uplist to a legitimate exchange in the near future?
A little clarity in our path forward would be much appreciated, Sir.
