Please can I demand that this is sorted, as an immediate priority, first thing tomorrow morning. The event is literally tomorrow night. It is so simple as transferring tickets from one account to another.

Tickets have been bought but cannot be transferred. Ticketmaster has been authorised by both seller and purchaser (me) for these to be transferred. An easy solve!
