I've checked the balance and it has £173 on it, enough to cover the cost of the ticket. The gift card expires December 2023.

@TicketmasterCS Hi, whenever I try to order I get the first error with the red banner at the top. I have checked the bank card and gift card details repeatedly and they're correct.
When I click order again I'm presented with the second message.

@TicketmasterCS Hi, I follow the instructions on how to use the gift card which covers the full cost of the ticket so I don't need to enter any other payment info.

I've also tried it by adding in my bank card details as well as the gift card and still get the same error.

@TicketmasterCS Thanks, it keeps coming up with an error saying payment type not accepted and that 'its an error on our (your) end'...
