I keep seeing posts saying the Vegas Golden Knights are “spoiled,” “undeserving,” or that we don’t understand pain because our hockey history isn’t as long as other franchises.
Maybe we don’t have decades of Stanley Cup heartbreak behind us. But Las Vegas knows a different kind of pain. A deeper one.
In one of the darkest moments our city has ever faced, this team gave people something to hold onto again. Hope. Pride. Unity. A reason to come together when we needed it most.
That’s why I’ll forever stand with the Golden Knights. This has always been bigger than hockey.

@sunstar749@bfredbaker@Thenameisal92@cboyack@conservmillen I hear what you’re saying, but that is contrary to mainstream Christian doctrine. Which is why I asked. And these aren’t “hypotheticals”, they are reality. Real people on earth now who have never and will never know Christ.
@MooseB90@collinsworth55@CriddleBenjamin Not a chance. Olivier Rioux is 7’9, played organized basketball since 5 and couldn’t even be used in a college game (granted he is on a great team). Just doesn’t translate that way. Too many tall, and skilled bigs these days.
