Have said this multiple times but I will stand by the fact that working in the office is the easiest way to get ahead of your peers, especially early in your career

A lot of young graduates don’t realize that 5 days in the office was table stakes pre 2020

Now you can increase your chances of getting hired at a new job, and of being promoted at your existing job, by just showing up 5 days a week

Not only that, you will build better relationships with your managers and coworkers, which can pay dividends over your entire career

It is the easiest low hanging fruit that exists

Someone who shows up and interacts face to face will always have an edge over someone who you only see behind a Zoom screen
