The owner of the school where my sister teaches is based in the UK.
The school closed today, and he was around.
When he saw the teachers' clothes, he said, "You're earning ₦150,000 a month. Why can't you dress better?"
The teachers looked at one another in shock.
Then one of them replied, "Sir, we earn ₦80,000 a month."
That was when he discovered that the principal had been paying the teachers ₦80,000 instead of the ₦150,000 he approved.
I woke up angry with this nonsense Providus bank is doing. Since they merged, they have been moving mad.
What is going on with their cards not being able to make payments without that Providus card nonsense????
Don’t make things tougher for people for goodness sake!!!
@Bukayor_BK Sadly, I only have cards for my Providus accounts but not my other Naira accounts.
I had to switch to my USD card to get things sorted at that moment.
I have now setup their card app but the thing wouldn’t even allow me add two cards on the profile. I don’t even get it 🤦♀️🤦♀️
@_babygirlabby You forgot some very important steps that we all do: after the foil paper, you wrap it with white lace and then a blanket before you put it in a Ziploc bag. After that, you put it in a carton and dispose.
My Monday started with, “let’s annoy Toyin today."
All started as early as 8am and every hour came with a new reason to test the little patience I have.
Omo, I just need to disappear before I lose the patience I have left. 😭
“I want to appeal to the young people in the entertainment industry. Burna Boy, Asake and Davido, we want to see you emulate Akon and open charity foundations to help the poor with your money. The Maybachs and Rolls-Royces are good but you can still help. The burden on the government is huge.”
