I believe EU citizens are only allowed to transit France by car or rail IF they have their permanent residence in the EU. So EU citizene living in the UK are banned. Can you confirm? @FranceintheUK @ConsulFranceUK @PPaulCharles

@ConsulFranceUK my wife and children are German passport holders, I have Argentinian passport and we live in UK, can we transit through France to drive to Germany? We won't be setting foot in France, just driving from the ferry in Dunkirk. Merci
