Hi @OVOEnergy gas meter died over 3 hours ago & not working. 2 agents have hung up the line, 3rd agent said its to late in the evening to help us. We have no gas, no heating, 4 children + very vulnerable people in the household. Agent told me to calk back tomorrow..IT'S FREEZING
