A person that drags you down vs. a person that supports you
You: *shared an accomplishment”
Person that drags you down: “You did good, but you could’ve done better this other way”
vs.
Person that supports you: “congrats! I always knew you could do it!”
Know the difference.

First times - one of the most underrated moments in life, yet some of the best!
Think of the first time you watched your favorite movie, your first kiss, a first bite to great food.
To more amazing first times in 2022 🍻
Humans have spent hundreds of years searching for a magic potion that gives us longer life, youth, and health.
Research from the last 30 years has proven we found it. It’s called meditation, and we only need to do it a few minutes per day.
And… we are all capable of doing it.
Friendly reminder for whatever is stressing you out right now:
You GOT this! You will figure out.
You have your entire life as proof that you’ve ALWAYS figured it out.
There comes a time in everyone’s life where, that thing that happened to you, can only be undone by YOU.
Grab the wheel, don’t let the past drive your future.

Yesterday, Boston city officials and Mayor @marty_walsh, raised the Venezuelan flag at City Hall in support of Venezuelan human rights leaders and the Venezuelan Independence date.
It’s an honor to live in a city that supports immigrants when they go through tough times.
We had a special flag raising today as the grassroots Venezuelan community came together to commemorate their independence.
Many joined us with heavy hearts to show us their love for their country during difficult times. Boston is built on this kind of immigrant strength.
