The law firms that stood fast and zealously advocated for their rights prevailed and now stand tall and victorious.
By contrast, the firms that bent the knee, paid the ransom, and subordinated themselves now stand humiliated with egg on their face.

The end of an era. Thank you, Madam Speaker Pelosi, for your decades of service to our country, your trailblazing leadership, and your steadfast allyship to the LGBTQ community.
We mourn the loss of Ken Dryden ’69, a Cornell hockey legend and NHL icon, who passed away at 78. His 76 wins, 1967 NCAA title, and six Stanley Cups with Montreal inspired us all. Ken’s brilliance as a student-athlete and leader will always be remembered. https://t.co/JSblQOyKoc
@lawrencehurley This does not affect the restoration of LGBTQI+ health-related research grants ordered in GLMA v. NIH. That preliminary injunction is based on violations of the ACA and the Fifth Amendment. https://t.co/5CVAs2ZEvJ

APA denounces today's decision by the U.S. Supreme Court upholding state-level bans on gender-affirming medical care for transgender adolescents.

The Supreme Court’s decision today does not change the science. Gender-affirming care remains evidence-based, medically necessary care that improves the health and well-being of transgender youth. Learn more: https://t.co/YxmqZFGTnN
The Skrmetti decision is a travesty, but it is limited to the medical context for minors and does not bless all discrimination against transgender people. We also have other arguments against these bans. Transgender youth, please know that we love you and will fight for you.
@NCAALAX NATIONAL CHAMPIONS!
The signs were all around, and @cornelllacrosse makes dreams a reality with a 13-10 win over No. 2 Maryland to claim the 2025 @NCAALAX title.
It's the program's fourth championship overall and first since 1977.

I’m so proud of this lawsuit against the administration’s unprecedented, sweeping, and discriminatory terminations of NIH funding for LGBQTI+ health research. Our LGBTQI+ community knows all too well that silence equals death. But we will not be silenced. We will not be ignored.
However, today’s decision is not the end. We will continue to fight on behalf of our plaintiffs and other transgender servicemembers to see justice done. History will judge this animus-laden policy and today’s unreasoned decision for the dark stains on our nation that they are.
Today’s decision by SCOTUS to allow immediate implementation of the ban on military service by transgender people is devastating and will irreparably harm thousands of patriotic transgender servicemembers who have sacrificed and fought for our freedoms with honor and distinction.
