As the CEO of @CyberKongz, I take full responsibility for the way the claim process went earlier today.

Our team worked hard to execute on all of the details, and today just wasn't good enough. A lot of people that were eligible to claim had difficulty with the claim website due to the amount of traffic we were receiving.

We thought we were prepared. We weren't. Our goal was always to give back to a space that we genuinely love. I'm sorry to everyone that was left frustrated with the experience, and to everyone that wanted their first experience with Kongz to be a great one.

Today was a massive step forward for CyberKongz. We're still going to make $KONG the center of our ecosystem, and I'm stoked to see how many people kept their $KONG and are now part of the community and in our Discord. We've had close to 400 people enter the Kongz discord for the first time and join the Wall Street Kongz channel. That was our goal, to give people a chance to see who we are. Today's tech issues aside, the opportunities in Wall Street Kongz are still some of the best in the space.

I haven't forgotten about the people that missed out today. Going to try to think of something we can do. I'm not going to make empty promises, so that's all I'll say at the moment.
