🚨 فتحت فرقة الشرطة القضائية بالعرائش بحثا قضائيا، على خلفية تصريحات واتهامات زائفة أدلت بها مرشحة للهجرة السرية لموقع إخباري وطني وأعيد تداولها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.

⬅️ وادعت المعنية بالأمر أن جهات رسمية فتحت الحدود أمام المرشحين للهجرة، قبل أن تتخلى عنهم وترفض السماح لهم بولوج سبتة المحتلة.

⬅️ وكشفت الأبحاث أن المعنية بالأمر انتقلت طوعا إلى الفنيدق بغرض الهجرة غير الشرعية، قبل أن يتعذر عليها اقتحام سبتة بسبب تدخل القوات العمومية.

The U.S. welcomes the decision by interim President Delcy Rodriguez and Venezuela to withdraw from the ICC and the new Venezuelan government's partnership on American-led efforts to dismantle the corrupt and worthless ICC.

The so-called court has been "investigating" Nicolas Maduro since 2018 with no result. The ICC has instead wasted its resources on investigating and charging persons from countries that have competent, independent judicial systems and which never submitted to the jurisdiction of the court. This is blatant overreach, political bias and selective enforcement. The ICC is neither credible, independent, nor legitimate.

Thanks to President Trump's leadership and the efforts of brave American service members, Maduro is now facing justice in U.S. court for crimes he has committed.

It is time to dismantle the ICC.

The U.S. calls on all members of the ICC to withdraw from the Rome Statute.

🚨Moroccan rapper and filmmaker El Mahdi "Black Wind" Lyoubi was arrested on 13 July and placed in pre-trial detention, he is facing prosecution over critical expression. He remains in detention pending his trial scheduled for 31 July.

According to informed sources he was charged with "offending a constitutional institution" under Morocco's Penal Code. Peaceful criticism of public institutions should never be grounds for prosecution and imprisonment.

Deprivation of liberty should be an exceptional measure, not a punishment for the peaceful exercise of fundamental rights. We call on the Moroccan authorities to release Al Mahdi Lyoubi and drop all charges against him based on the exercise of his freedom of expression.
