The National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution is a non-profit, patriotic and educational organization, formed in 1889, and chartered by the United States Congress in 1906. This Congressional Charter was signed by SAR Compatriot President Theodore Roosevelt.

J. Howard Fisk, and his daughter Hillary Fisk attended the Sweethearts & Patriots Gala. $35,000 was raised, the beneficiaries will be the Disabled American Veterans and Terre Fraternité. Hillary was on this years Gala committee representing NSDAR.

The Ozark Mountain Chapter selected Eagle Scout Christopher Anderson as the OMC 2019 Winner. Eagle Scout Anderson is a member of Joplin Troop 77, Boy Scouts of America, sponsored by the College Heights Christian Church in Joplin, Missouri. He achieved 56 merit badges.
