10-9 Perry. Perry controlled a lot early and landed some body shots that hurt Diaz. Nate found some success in the last couple minutes.

If any fight tonight is going the distance, I’m betting it’s Diaz vs Perry. Diaz is durable and Perry is capable but not spectacular. Might be a long 25 minutes.

Jon Jones looking amused when Ngannou says he’s the best heavyweight in the world. Contractually I don’t see a fight between the two happening and I don’t really have much desire to see Jones again anyway.

Next up is Francis Ngannoi who is just a frickin beast. I can’t imagine this goes the distance. But MMA is unpredictable and I’ve seen too many guys like Phillpe Lins get the upset.

Great round. Exciting start from both men but the skill gap widened as the round progressed. Parnasse got mount and punished Cross on the ground before finishing him on the feet. Two good fights so far on this card.

Despaigne kept his hands down the whole round but got his opportunity. Right, left , right and JDS goes to sleep in Rd 1. Impressive power against a greatly diminished former champ.
