As naming sponsor, OMISTA Credit Union is looking forward to a full day focused on Revenue, Innovation, Operations, and Team, with practical ideas, real business conversations, and plenty of opportunities to connect.

[OMISTA Credit Union @OmistaCU]

These actions and activities are part of OMISTA’s ongoing learning journey, one that encourages greater understanding, reflection and meaningful action in our workplace and communities. 🧡

[OMISTA Credit Union @OmistaCU]

Our teams wore orange today to honour Residential School Survivors, their lives and stories. Last week all employees attended a learning session focused on the New Brunswick Indigenous landscape, including the political structure of Indigenous communities in our province.

[OMISTA Credit Union @OmistaCU]

Several employees have also chosen to participate this evening in a Kairos Blanket Exercise. It provides an opportunity to go beyond traditional training and engage more deeply with the history and lived experiences of Indigenous peoples in Canada.

[OMISTA Credit Union @OmistaCU]

A lot of what makes OMISTA what it is comes down to the people behind it.

Today, we’re celebrating employees who’ve reached meaningful service milestones and recognizing the experience, care, and commitment they’ve brought with them over the years.
