The opposite are the countries that make up the European Union, who have abandoned their sovereign rights to a central governing structure (or cabal) - Got It?

What folks don't appreciate is that our executive branch/President runs or foreign policy. Yes Congress may approve money (but it won't bc it's very unpopular) the President is under no obligation to spend that $$$. The worst they (dems in power) is have endless hearings. Again it will not impact Trump's POV or plans/actions.
