Prof. David Kodia, Bishop of the Anglican, Bondo Diocese: Baba never used the power of money to intimidate people. Today, we have bad manners among our politicians. They have taught our people the culture of handouts
Kenya has lost one of its most enduring sons. Former prime minister Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga’s life was a story of courage, conviction, and an unbreakable belief that this country could always be better.
He was jailed, misunderstood, and often opposed yet he never gave up on the dream of a just and united Kenya.
You didn’t have to agree with him to feel his impact. He shaped generations, inspired courage, and kept the spirit of democracy alive.
Raila reminded us that leadership is not about power, but purpose. Sometimes you never win the race but you win the struggle. That hope, even when delayed, is never lost.
Rest in peace, Baba.
Your journey shaped our nation.
Your name will forever live in Kenya’s story. 🇰🇪
