@Anviksha_ Many High court judges are reluctant to give anticipatory bail in SCST case even though they are convinced of the innocence of the accused.
But supreme court clearly gave verdict in Shajan Scaria case that deliberate caste insult and intimidation only are valid.

@ARanganathan72 @ajeetbharti Supreme court gave a verdict 2 years back in the case of youtuber Shajan Scaria that SCST act will not be applicable just for a verbal outrage in a provocative exchange.
Kerala High court refused bail earlier. Ajeet Bharti should approach SC.
This is the dirtiest law in india.
