I created this account for assimilating on chain data to track whale wallets. Then I discovered @SecretNetwork and never looked back. @Alter: c8r4uhhfts
VIVEK RAMASWAMY: "Our message to Gen Z is this: You’re going to be the generation that actually saves this country. You want to be a rebel? You want to be a hippie? You want to stick it to the man? Show up on your college campus, and try calling yourself a conservative. Say you want to get married, have kids. Teach them to believe in God and pledge allegiance to their country.”
@VivekGRamaswamy
They left the roof wide open
Secret Service snipers had eyes on the shooter
People were screaming about a man on the roof with a gun
But Secret Service waited
They waited for him to take the shots
Then they killed the shooter
It was a setup
And he wasnt supposed to miss
MAGA is NOT a cult. Donald Trump is NOT a threat to democracy. Donald Trump is NOT Hitler.
Stop characterizing him and his supporters this way. Enough!!!!!!
Scoop from a trained sniper:
“That whole thing was a fucking failure.
The Secret Service got there slow, the swat team got there slow. And Why the fuck did they keep him on the stage?
He should’ve been off of there in two seconds!! yet they stand him up !!! For what ??? to give the shooter another shot?
Look at the old Reagan assassination attempt. He was out of there in point two seconds.
Why didn’t a drone pick him up? Why didn’t another Sniper pick him up. That’s fucking bullshit.
We cover the Boston Marathon fucking better than our they cover our own fucking president
I’m so bullshit !! If anyone says how great of a job the secret service or swat team did .. they are full of shit. They sucked! They should be ashamed of themselves and all fucking fired.”
I've been building a DePIN startup for the last 846 days.
DePIN? What? Let me break it down for you.
"Decentralized physical infrastructure network." Say that three times, and watch your girlfriend vanish. (I haven't even dared to explain it to her.)
Before we dive into DePIN, we gotta talk about blockchain. It's a fancy spreadsheet, a bunch of computers bickering over who owns what. It's the immutable record of who's got what stuff and when.
With this magic spreadsheet in hand, we started building. First, it was all about money. Then came NFTs, perpetuals, synthetics, lending, stablecoins, liquid staking, governance, DAOs,... We've got money, finance, and governance down.
Now it's time for the heavy hitters. The deep tech startups. The biotechs, the Boston Dynamics, and the SpaceX of the blockchain world. Enter DePIN.
These projects are a wild mix of software, hardware, IoT sensors, cameras, robotics, and multiple P2P networks. Building these products is a beast because they're multidimensional. A DePIN startup might need to nail five different components just to get one thing working.
Take @jackal_protocol as an example. We need the Jackal blockchain modules, the validator P2P network, the storage P2P network, the inter-blockchain communication protocol, the proof of persistence and internal detection of loss algorithms, the outpost contracts, the protocol incentives... all working in perfect harmony. We built, then built again, and again, and again.
All these complex pieces need to click. We iterate on each step until the whole system works from end to end.
Until now, DePIN startups haven't been the flavour of the month.
Simple apps can launch, find product-market fit, and turn a profit quickly. They're one-dimensional. DePIN startups take years to build before they even get a whiff of product-market fit, but the upside is insane.
The winners in DePIN will have crazy advantages, build massive moats, have huge leverage in value, and totally dominate.
Why? Because the hardest things produce the highest value and eat up huge chunks of the market. They're transformative for humanity.
I can't see your grandma going all-in on a perps protocol or buying a picture of a monke, but she might want a cheaper phone plan, better car insurance, or to safeguard her cherished memories by uploading photos to Jackal.
The success of this batch of DePIN startups will determine whether blockchain technology will seep deeper into global infrastructure.
Why would a blockchain-based DePIN startup eat up huge chunks of the market? The reasons are endless and unique to each application. Most advantages tick some or all of these boxes:
Pricing power, sovereignty, ownership, low platform risk, efficiency, open source, resiliency, global cybersecurity posture, no admin overhead, and no central points of failure.
And let's not forget that crowdsourced bootstrapping skips over massive barriers set up by legacy systems. Everyday people are incentivized to improve the public infrastructure around them.
We're going to embed blockchain technology into the deep tech infrastructure of tomorrow, and there is nothing they can do to stop us.
Here are my favourites right now:
@jackal_protocol (obviously), @akashnet, @Hivemapper, @SentinelVPN, @soar_chain, @DIMO_Network, @helium, @filecoin, @wifimapapp, @nymproject, @AltheaNetwork.
