@GNRailUK why is there no one at kings cross station who can help with query on train to get home to waterbeach. A very rude lady locking up at the ticket office said she was going home and quote “ I shouldn’t be out so late! Really! Well. If 21.48 had run I wouldn’t be here!

Seriously worried about the #safety at
#KingsCross station @GNRailUK tonight.Platform 9 barriers kept closed until last minute leading to last minute surge race on wet platforms to catch train. Young kids, elderly @ageuk in danger if being squashed in the rush to alight.

@greateranglia @greateranglia hi can you advise me best way to get to waterbeach from Liverpool Street. I have ticket fir 10.58 which national rail planner assured me best route ( KX route closed) but train says only ti Cambs north? Tried Dan no response, thanks

I've been a bit quiet on here recently, as have been very busy as a Dad... Our new daughter, Esther was born last Monday! Mother and baby all in good health thanks to the fantastic #NHS staff at #Addenbrookes #Rosie maternity hospital.
