@robertpearsonjr @AmericanAir At the end of the day, I paid for my own hotel, and I'm just praying my paddle gets to Prague for World Championships this week.

[Kelly Allen @OneAndOneHalf]

@robertpearsonjr @AmericanAir on the phone with @AmericanAir for 1.5 hrs while she scratched her head b/c she was even confused as to what the service desk woman did.

[Kelly Allen @OneAndOneHalf]

@robertpearsonjr @AmericanAir After a couple hours of walking back and fourth to AA and Airberlin because of flight conflicts AA service woman made..

[Kelly Allen @OneAndOneHalf]

@robertpearsonjr @AmericanAir finally found other desk, the woman canceled the flight @airberlin employee helped me book on AA because she didn't understand time zones.

[Kelly Allen @OneAndOneHalf]

@robertpearsonjr @AmericanAir First line the woman told us "im leaving in five min so yall better leave and find the other desk" I was standing there for 45 min.

[Kelly Allen @OneAndOneHalf]

@robertpearsonjr @AmericanAir Missed connection - they gave a one legged girl 3 min to run from one end to another. Then sat in 2 lines for 45 min with horrible service.
