Okay happy travelers - avoid TSA at B @LASairport Apparently Pre✔️ is only open there on certain days & certain times. I’ve used Pre✔️ since it’s been offered so I’ve never used the fabulous automated tray system. And the not morning people @tsa were neither helpful or polite

@dloading - you are not the only one! most passengers do not know the @tsa rules! Current signage is scattered and not effective. @OneBinMIT designs TSA trays with instructive labels to enable the passenger to know what is permitted and what is not.
