Harmony Shard 0 remains stalled, and public RPC access is still unavailable. The explorer remains at block 92,753,555.

Before the stall, two separate wallets showed balances of approximately 5 billion ONE each. Both displayed automated DeFi activity, and one directly interacted with CLAW liquidity. Their ownership, the cause of the balances, and what state will remain after network recovery are not yet confirmed.

CLD has secured an emergency candidate snapshot covering:

• CLAW holders
• CLDv3 ownership
• CLAW liquidity positions
• Season 2 obligations
• WAGE-to-CLAW obligations
• Other preserved ecosystem state

No community action is required right now. Do not send assets to unofficial migration addresses or follow unverified claim instructions.
