With joy and thanksgiving, we are excited to announce the merger of One Challenge and Entrust.

God’s timing is beautifully evident. OC leaders sensed God calling them to work toward intentional growth in size and impact, while at the same time, Entrust leaders began asking God to guide them on questions related to leadership, recruitment and finances.

Throughout the exploration period and our boards’ final decisions in December, we discovered our organizations each have rich, deep histories and an alignment of vision, mission and core values. The Holy Spirit has truly been at work and at the center of this process.

God is joining strength to strength in this merger!

Each a strong thread crafted by God, our two organizations are now entering a time of interweaving to become stronger than ever, together.
Our interweaving will take time. This is just the beginning. We are in the midst of a systematic planning process working toward a healthy merger. Until late 2025, we will operate side-by-side. So, if you partner with Entrust — keep it up. If you partner with OC — keep it up.

We need you!
All of you out there in X land who follow us have sustained us over the years with your prayers, your support, your giving and by going as OC workers to empower the global church for their impact!
God has put it on the hearts of many of our workers to start the OC School of Ministry. It's a 6-month program that starts with a 2-week bootcamp in Uganda designed to help young people grow in their spiritual formation and get to see and experience DMM in action!
Here's how you can help:

First: Pray! Set a reminder on your phone for 9:38 for the month of September and when that reminder goes off, pause and pray Matthew 9:38 for the SoM -- That the LORD of the harvest would send workers for the harvest field!

Second: Spread the word! We have an ambitious goal to fill four cohorts in Colorado Springs, Dallas, Phoenix and the CAMENA area, each with 4 students. If you know someone who may be called to join a cohort, send them our way!
