Hear me out: we make new “Amish” towns, but instead of 18th century customs it’s just the 90’s forever. There’s Blockbuster and Pizza Hut, and no social media (but you can use AOL instant messenger).
Lmk when you guys wanna start.
@TDChrisG The way it was presented at least, didn’t seem to justify it… no whistle blown for several seconds after player was down, no ref comes over to look for blood, player just seeming to milk it… then the double minor. Maybe the correct call, but how they got there was suspect.
@TDChrisG Yes there was some mayhem during that weekend… I don’t think the “powers that be” were prepared for things that weekend. Unfortunately that specific event attracted some less than desirable “clientele” and isn’t reflective of the actual community.
@TDChrisG You could see the same sorts of examples in pretty much every major sport in different cities. Did you see this in any other NBA city over the last many years after or during a championship run? Stop saying 2007 as your outlier.
@TDChrisG Pretty sure EVERY fan in the league would take a 3 game series for the cup against ANY other team at the beginning of the season home ice or not.
@GrumpyLoganLakr@Wize_up_USA@TDChrisG The outcome is the outcome, so whatever… but they really should have a different name for it. Still curious why any player would poke at the puck when it’s near the goalies glove IF it’s not allowed, except sometimes it is, when I guess the ref feels like it…?
@GrumpyLoganLakr@Wize_up_USA@TDChrisG Is any contact allowed here? The puck is obviously not in his glove or secured. We see players poke at the goalies glove ALL the time in these scenarios… is that ALWAYS interference? If so why is it almost never called and players always do it?
@TDChrisG I get that… I’m just not getting how you say/call no goal for goalie interference, but it’s not a penalty… because it’s not a penalty but we can’t think of anything else?
