@herrshaun @pcgamer …why make 3 of the original 4 games based in those themes if that wasn’t what it was about? I’m all for taking SH out of SH but at that point if The Order isn’t involved, then it’s an entirely different game. Leave it in SH and remove The Order ala SH2? Great, we have the town.

Townfalls time period, our protagonist is an American in Scotland and the fact Simon is hooked to an IV makes me think they could try and branch the timeline between 1&3. Maybe he’s hooked up in SH via a Lisa/Kaufmann situation?

Make a horror game, slap SH on the box as long as the flowers there.

@KObjectivist @pcgamer Correct. I think Townfall has an incredible opportunity to be a great set-piece between 1&3 canonically. 90’s, American in Scotland, etc. what if Simon is in SH, in a Lisa/Kaufman situation being administered PTV to power Silent Hill to bring about God AKA SH3?

I would shit if the last few hours were him waking up in SH, dealing with The Order and fighting off the PTV. I just don’t think Konami is this smart lol

@pleasenostalk @pcgamer Well lol, there’s sentimental value in those tats/tats SH as a whole. Grew up with a terminally ill father and we connected a lot with SH as I was growing up. I’ve begged for SH to come back properly since P.T., and even since SH4 before that. But yeah, I’m a walking Konami ad.
