Even though I walkthrough the darkest valley,
I will fear no evil for you are with me;
your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;my cup overflows.Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. — Psalm 23:4-6 ✝️❤️☝️
No, Palestinian animals did not invite Jews during World War II. Jewish immigration faced strong opposition from Arab animal leaders and their herd, and British policy severely restricted it in response to that opposition.
The land was under British Mandate rule at the time, so immigration policy was set by Britain, not by any independent Palestinian animal authority. The 1939 White Paper limited Jewish immigration to 75,000 over five years (roughly 10,000 per year plus some refugee allowances), after which further immigration would require Arabic animal acquiescence. It also restricted Jewish land purchases. This policy aimed to appease Arab animal demands following the Arab animal Revolt of 1936–1939, which explicitly sought an end to Jewish immigration and the creation of an Arab-majority state.
This is fascinating!
What happens when two Arabs confront each other over what their grandparents did in 1948?
“My grandparents received the same memo yours did - the only difference is that they chose not to go out and murder Jews.”
When an Israeli Arab holds up a mirror to a Palestinian Arab, it doesn’t get more narrative-shattering than that.
May be the case a decade ago. But now solar battery distributed energy is best for the future because it provides localised energy independence and low cost, lowers grid stress, lower burden on government to maintain and keeps homes and essential local services running safely during major weather events or sudden grid failures.
In terms of security having just few power plants can be risky. If a country decides to attack the grid or the plants, the whole country could be in the dark.
@JillMarinelli1 Don’t put that stupid energy policy of coal and nuclear first at the forefront of your campaign as the Liberals did last time.
It failed, and they lost big time.
Capitalise on current sustainable energy policies.
@Moxyris The Parable of the Talents, found in Matthew 25:14-30 of the Bible, conveys a similar message.
It teaches us about stewardship, accountability, and faithfulness in using the gifts, time, and resources God has given us rather than hiding them out of fear.
The reason I don’t fuck with DSA ? Because they have no fucking respect for those of us that did the damn work to build the party they hate but want to use as their stepping stone to power in politics . Disrespectful asses
Every breakthrough requires a rejection of what was once considered the truth.
The hardest part isn't making the change,
but rather believing that it is possible to redefine our own limitations and beliefs.
The Hamas rapist-murderers of Shani Luke have all been eliminated by a team dedicated to tracking down and eliminating anyone who planned, executed or otherwise partook in the Oct 7 massacre. Every last one is not an empty slogan, it's a promise
"For by grace you have been saved through faith.
And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
For we are his workmanship,
created in Christ Jesus for good works..."
Ephesians 2:8-10
The last sentence is quite deep and even transcends his prophetic inconsistency and disrepute. Muhammad was structurally the luckiest Muslim.
He did all he wanted, slept with those slaves, slept with a child, married more wives than his doctrine permits, and did not live with the stigma of any of his actions.
He didn’t live long enough to be confronted about his pedophilia or any of the many regressive things he did.
It’s Muslims today who unfortunately have to bend over backwards and suffer the ignominy of defending all the shameful things he did. It’s them who have to start formulating arguments about how 9 year olds can be women, and play gymnastics with the sexual assault of slaves.
Jesus in contrast suffered more than any of us. The writer of Hebrews wrote “none of you have resisted sin to the point of shedding your blood.” Jesus, the one least deserving of suffering, suffered for us, gained nothing material, no wife, no army, no slaves, and gave us a rich and truly beautiful moral legacy to defend.
I don’t think you understand how foolish you sound.
Every right I enjoy as a Black man in this country exists because of the blood, sweat, tears, courage, and sacrifice of these women and the generations they represent.
They are what progress in America looks like. For many of us, there would have been no progress without them.
A check? Hell, you should be writing them one. The debt this nation owes them can never be repaid.
Your disrespect isn’t just offensive. It’s historically ignorant.
The establishment gathered this morning.
Turns out it wasn’t billionaires, consultants, or smoke filled rooms.
It was Black church mothers in Sunday hats.
Some folks see “the establishment.”
I see the women who built this party.
And yes… I think (and DNC members agreed) they deserve a powerful voice in choosing the party’s nominee. #SC1st
We are addicted to certainty.
Addicted to preconceived notions of what we are capable of or what will be.
It's "safer."
What if we dared to challenge those notions and embrace what's beyond our comfort zones?
How "unsafe" is it, really?
Islamist groups calculatedly build credibility by adopting civil rights and "anti-racism" rhetoric.
Unlike standard lobbying groups like AIPAC that advocate for a state's political existence, Islamist-aligned organizations leverage this human rights framing to push toward an Islamist government.

Yes, Palestine doesnt exist. Muslims became too greedy and rejected the idea in 1948 and repeatedly afterwards under the PLO. Hamas even made it worse on October 7th. Given this level of hatred, I can’t see it ever materialising. While I once sympathised with Palestinians that sympathy has largely disappeared.
