Placed a @walmart Walmart grocery order (never again).
Out of 35 items, only SIX of mine were delivered. Instead, I received another customer’s groceries. Her name, “Linda S.”, was printed on the barcode stickers on multiple bags. @walmart

@Walmart This is unacceptable!! The customer service experience has been even WORSE. Cringe Worthy! Repetitive scripts & outsourced support that cannot resolve a straightforward delivery error. I should not have to fight this hard to be refunded items that I never delivered.

The delivery photo shows Linda’s order at my door, with only 1 bag that actually belonged to me. Yet @Walmart is refusing to issue a refund. I paid for groceries & cleaning supplies I never received, while being left with someone else’s order that I did not purchase & can’t use.

Part 1: A Black King named Keith Porter (Rest in Power) was shot & Murdered by an off-duty ICE Agent in Northridge, California after he fired celebratory gunshots in the air on NYE & there’s been NO PROTEST. Yes, irresponsible & illegal that’s beside the point.
