@MsJessicaBCE @Verizon @VerizonSupport Same issue here!! Android, group and individual messages. Most do not come through. Every once in a while one will slip through. Houston area. Problem is with Android and iPhone. @Verizon Spent around 2 hours on chat with zero resolution.

@MsJessicaBCE @Verizon @VerizonSupport Yes! Houston area... @Verizon.... can't receive most text messages in groups AND individuals. Spent 2 hours on chat and no solution. I finally told them I was too tired to continue 😆
