Healing your gut isn’t just about fixing your digestion
It’s about transforming your life.
Are you ready to learn the exact steps to healing your gut and start living symptom-free?
Comment “HEAL” and I’ll send you the link.
You’ve switched to eating “clean”.
No gluten, no dairy, and lots of salads.
Why does your gut still feel miserable?
Food is supposed to heal, not hurt.
If your meals leave you bloated and miserable, the problem might not be the food…
It could be your gut.
When your gut is struggling with dysbiosis, or enzyme deficiencies, breaking down of certain foods can become a monumental task.
This isn’t just frustrating… it’s disheartening.
You’ve put in the effort to eat better, yet every bite feels like a gamble.
Identifying the root issue is crucial if you want long-term success and enjoy a better quality of life.
Some common steps in the Gut Healing process I guide my clients through include:
➞ Optimize digestion
➞ Elimination diet
➞ Address leaky gut
➞ Parasite cleanse
➞ Gut flora restoration
Imagine a life where food doesn’t feel like the enemy.
You can sit down for a meal, feel confident that what you’re eating will nourish you and not leave you in pain or dashing for the bathroom.
When you understand your unique food triggers and learn to work with your gut, food becomes not just fuel but medicine.
Let’s discuss… what foods do you suspect make your symptoms worse?

A friendly reminder..
Health policies may change
Financial markets may change
But know this..
There are no heroes coming to save you
You are the hero.
Nothing will work unless you do.
One of the most powerful ways to heal and optimize health is to put yourself in an environment where you can easily upgrade your sleep quality.
And I don’t just mean taking a bunch of nootropics or sleep aids only to wake up feeling groggy, wishing you could hit the snooze button and go back to sleep.
If you are not waking up feeling refreshed, ready to crush your day, read on because I have a simple hack you can try.
To enjoy high-quality sleep and perform at your best, you can do so by optimizing your melatonin levels at night.
Your body makes melatonin naturally that puts you in a state of calmness that promotes restorative sleep.
This powerful sleep hormone starts to rise about 2 hours after sunset, priming your body to wind down, promoting shorter sleep latency and longer REM sleep (this is where you dream and get the most regenerative rest).
High-quality sleep is critical for optimal brain function and chronic lack of sleep increases the risk of health disorders, including depression, metabolic disorders, hypertension, neurodegeneration and cancer.
One of the biggest culprits for sleep disruption is the modern lights we’re exposed to after dark.
Prior to the invention of CFL and LED bulbs, there weren’t a lot of blue wavelengths of light in our environment.
Exposure to bright, blue light at night adds confusion to our body clock, because this unnatural stimulus signals to our brain (via the eyes) that it’s daytime when the sun has already set.
Natural secretion of melatonin is disrupted, sleep becomes impaired.
The idea here is to work with, not against melatonin’s sleep-inducing signals by allowing your body to wind down naturally by changing the light environment you live under.
This is why I prioritize the healthy lights in my home and I do the same for our parent’s apartment during their stay in Mexico, so they can enjoy the best possible sleep.
Melatonin levels decline as we age and you’ve probably heard old folks observing they don’t sleep as well as they used to.
The correct light exposure at night can slow down this degenerative process.
What observations have you noticed after upgrading the lights in your environment?
I’ll be taking an extended break from social media for the remaining October because family comes first.
Time is precious.
Health is invaluable.
But memories are irreplaceable.
When my mom passed away from cancer, I was ignorant and arrogant…. I didn’t understand disease and death like I do now.
I regretted not having spent enough quality time during her last days
Now I wanna make sure I didn’t make the same mistake with my dad.
We only have 3 weeks left to hang out in Mexico.
Meet George
He’s one of the kindest soul in the world
He makes me laugh
And I can never get tired of stories about younger George’s adventures.
He’s on 7 medications, lives next door to a cluster of cell towers, and is addicted to blue light and technology.
Old habits die hard
My coaching skills are pushed to the limits
But I love him…
And I’m grateful for him
Without my dad, I wouldn’t be where I am today
His contribution includes giving me the opportunity to...
1/ Attain a positive mindset
2/ Develop a “nothing is impossible” attitude
3/ Reach financial independence at 45
4/ Become the best version of myself
5/ Enjoy freedom to travel the world
The problem with my father’s health is not his genes
He has great mitochondria
Just like my grandmother (mitochondria are maternally inherited)
It’s his lifestyle and environment that’s the problem
Just as it was for me 7 years ago when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s.
It takes courage to make big changes
But the lengths I go for my health may not be the same others are prepared to do…
As a health coach, I can only inspire and lead by example, then hope my loved ones do the same.
Some effort is better than none and I appreciate every ounce of effort he takes to work on his health
But health is not just about food and exercise.
Epigenetics is KEY.
So if you believe that environment and lifestyle can reshape someone’s well-being and quality of life, regardless of age, I’d love to learn from your wisdom…
What would you do to encourage someone you care about to move to a healthier environment?
